I ordered two replacement knobs for a whirlpool glass top range. Finding the right part was a breeze, while expensive, the product shipped the next day, received 2 days after the order (less than 48 hours). Both replacement knobs were marked identically, but one of them was reversed. Made a call to their customer service number, and in fewer than 15 minutes, the credit was issued for the defective part, a replacement part had been re-ordered, and shipped almost immediately. The best customer service experience I've had in years.
Light went out in fridge. The obvious, the bulb, was not the issue. Went on YouTube and watched a very informative video. He advised that if you enter the model number into the PartSelect website, you could look for your issue, see how frequent that issue occurs (so you could plan what to check first) and then the correct part comes up. No searching trying to figure out the correct one for your appliance. LOVE THE EASE. The only downside for me was I thought the shipping of 8.00 was a little high and then how long it took to receive the part. Could barely see in the fridge without inside light. But, back on the upside, they then suggest a video for you to view showing you how to install said part. The whole support experience was helpful since, I admit, I had no idea the little triangle in the fridge that triggers the light turning off popped out and had an electrical attachment that can fail. Because of ease I would still use the company again.
Our order for Dishwasher parts arrived very quickly. The parts were exact, and we were able to install them in 15 minutes. This is our second time ordering parts from PartSelect. Greatest repair we've done yet!

PartSelect identified the part I needed exactly - water pump for dishwasher. The video on my order confirmation page was very helpful, although the old guy made it look a bit easier than it was, he also gave suggestions that were very helpful. Part arrived in good timing.
Parts arrived before promised date and as advertised. Part was installed but did not fully resolve the "no heat" problem. Requiring another part - approx $300 and the dryer being 20 years old, a decision was made to purchase a brand new GE Dryer.
I am very pleased with the service of this company, and ordered many different parts. Customer service is very good and kind. Delivery seems prompt.
However, the quality of the parts themselves (Whirlpool Duet washer Baffles) needed to be ordered over and over because they continue to break after 1-2 loads of laundry ( light laundry). Whirlpool manufacturing seems to be a broken. These partS are ridiculously easy to install. They install just fine with a confirmation "click". But they broke off ( 2 separate orders and two installations) within 1-2 wash loads. What gives? I'm terribly disappointed.
Part Select is my favorite source for repair parts for my appliances. The search engine on the site is effective and I have never had an issue finding the correct part. Given that refrigerators are less durable these days, I have had to order parts more than once. The last part was for a drawer support shelf in our 2-year-old unit. The items have always fit properly according to the part numbers. The shipping is fast and I usually receive my order within a week.
While their part selector was useful and surprisingly effective, given how many products they support, their customer service has been awful. Order placed before shipping cutoff, five days later, three business days, we still don't have our fridge parts. I see they shipped from a nearby city, that they have for some reason been diverted 800 miles away, and I call. Get through their lousy automatic customer service system, speak with Nichole and then confirm with Brittany: PartSelect won't replicate the order for me to pick up myself, even though it shipped from an hour's drive away. They won't re-ship because the tracking has updated, even though it seems to be moving to a different city entirely.
I'm very unhappy with their customer service, and regret using them.

Recently purchased a heater/ circulating pump for my dishwasher. Due to my picking the wrong model number, the pump was not quite right. The customer service technician helped me select the right part, ordered it on the phone, and forwarded me to the return desk. My wrong part was returned by UPS and refunded to my credit card. They furnish OEM parts which are better quality than after market parts (bad experience with these parts in the past). Overall, service is superior. I will use this company for my future parts needs.

Purchased a dishwasher gasket that I needed to install for a client, it never arrived then I got an email saying it has been refunded. Reached out via phone and the automated line tells you to either use the self serve or $#*! off because there's no one to help you. Replied to the customer service email and got a response saying it'll be a while.
They have the parts for my GE clothes dryer, plus installing videos less then 30 mins running great. Stores around don't have the parts and repair companies say 15 year old machines can't get parts. Great fast delivery.
Our stove had one burner that just didn't sit level. We tried several different drip pans that were supposed to be compatible with our model of stove. Alas, none had the correct burner holes. PartSelect got it right!

My latest project was replacing the crumbling plastic wheel assembly on a Whirlpool dishwasher with the new stainless steel upgrade. It was an easy job and the PartSelect video made it fool proof.
