While their part selector was useful and surprisingly effective, given how many products they support, their customer service has been awful. Order placed before shipping cutoff, five days later, three business days, we still don't have our fridge parts. I see they shipped from a nearby city, that they have for some reason been diverted 800 miles away, and I call. Get through their lousy automatic customer service system, speak with Nichole and then confirm with Brittany: PartSelect won't replicate the order for me to pick up myself, even though it shipped from an hour's drive away. They won't re-ship because the tracking has updated, even though it seems to be moving to a different city entirely.
I'm very unhappy with their customer service, and regret using them.

We have also located your order and show that you chose our EconoShip method, which starts out with FedEx SmartPost and delivery is usually with the US post office. Delivery time can take 3-7 business days. There were other shipping options you could have selected but you chose the Economy rate. If you choose to order with us again and are in need of a faster delivery time, may we recommend one of the other options for delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience.
