My PartSelect fiasco. Ordered a replacement ice machine. See the photos for how it arrived. I called and was told they would process a refund and, once I sent them photos, they would let me know if they wanted it sent back. Nine days later, no refund! I call again, and when it's clear I'm speaking to someone who won't take the time to review the order history, I ask for a supervisor. After a hold, no supervisor but I'm told they will process the refund on a "rush basis" in the next 3-5 days - that's their idea of "rush". I'm putting it in dispute with AMEX to avoid the wait. My recommendation: do business elsewhere.

I have now ordered parts from PartSelect 5 different times. Each time the part has been exactly as described in the product drawings. With assistance from videos included on the website I have been able to repair my stove and my washer and dryer and that's saying something for a woman in her 70's who has no one to do these things. Not every repair has been simple but the correct parts and the support of videos and other customer suggestions has made it possible.

I am more than pleased with their service and selection.

I called and spoke to someone so I received the proper parts. 2 out of the 4 parts I ordered were not for my brand. They actually try and make you repurchase the same part twice to get a refund. I was even sent a used 277.00 part. Sounds ridiculous, right. Be extremely cautious. And this whole circus act took over 4 weeks not their 3-5 business days!

I purchased a pump for my LG washer ( order ******* Jan 2022) and it failed in slightly less than a year. I ordered a replacement (order ******* Jan 2023) and once again the washer was working. I emailed multiple times requesting an RA to return the defective pump and never received any type of response at all. The parts seem to be of good quality and the shipping was quick, just don't expect any sort of warranty.

I have never experienced any customer service worse than PartSelect. I received the shipment one week later as scheduled, and when it arrived the box was heavily damaged and the product broken into pieces. I sent three (3) emails, two of them with several photos from the box and the broken product attached. I received one answer from them telling me to send photos. I sent the photos again and told them I needed a replacement for the broken part. I haven't heard back since then. I also tried to call them, but an automated answering machine is saying that they don't have phone service anymore.

What I received was great. However, my order was missing half of what I bought/needed. I reached out to customer service a month ago and never got a response. I did get an email asking for a review though, so hopefully someone from the company decides to respond to this.

Took almost 2 weeks to get a hose for my dishwasher. Very disappointed with their shipment method which cost twice as much as my part. Also ended up ordering hose clamps from another vendor as the parts available were $60 instead of the $2 I spent.

These people have a very good system for identifying what you need and letting you know if the part is available or no longer made.
The parts are reasonably priced, arrive very soon, and usually fit as expected! Plus excellent videos on how to put the new part in.

Needed a replacement part for my Whirlpool refrigerator, but two parts were listed (one had an "A" appended to the part number). Called customer service to make sure I was ordering the correct part. They were very friendly and informative. Ordered the part, and it shipped quick. Perfect replacement... great quality. Added bonus on their website: they had an instructional video on how to replace the part. That came in handy! They were also the least expensive (even with shipping) of all the other sites I tried.

This sight is very safe. They are for real! I ordered a knob for my old washer. Fed Ex delivered it within a few days and fit perfectly! Outstanding service! I was really impressed. I will definitely order from this company again!

PartSelect was great! I needed a new shelf for my fridge door. Their site made it easy to find the correct part and it arrived pretty quick. If you're looking for an obscure part for your appliances definitely give them a shot.

Original equipment parts and excellent videos showing all the disassembly and reassembly steps! I have performed three repairs in the last year at a fraction of the cost of repair services or replacement. I get to learn how my appliances work and keep them going strong. You can call and speak with a person to boot.

One of the worries when you order is that you will not get the correct part or that it won't fit right. PartSelect makes it easy and reassuring by having you input the model number (which is easily found in the unit). The part came quicker than anticipated and very securely packaged. I was happy with the pricing as well.
I would definitely order from them again and would recommend PartSelect to anyone looking for appliance parts.

The broiler element failed on my very old wall oven, possibly even original to the house and I feared that a huge replacement expense was looming. PartSelect to the rescue--replacements for both broiler and oven elements were available, shipped immediately, price was much lower than another online site. The elements are installed and functioning perfectly now, proving that repair is possible for older appliances.

Moved into a new home recently and the prior owner had either removed or damaged the kick plate grill on our Whirlpool dishwasher. Having all the wires exposed like that didn't seem like a good idea. Plus it looked bad. Figured out what part I needed online and saw that PartSelect carried it in stock. Called to order and this is when I realized how thorough they were. The customer service rep asked what I was looking for and before I could give her the part number, she wanted to be sure that it was the correct part for our model #. After providing the model number I gave her the part I was looking for and she confirmed that it was the correct part. Even asked me if I needed the screws that attach the plate to the dishwasher. Love that when it arrived, it fit and installed in 30 secs and I didn't need to mess around with returns or exchanges. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I purchased some replacement height adjustment mounts and rollers for my dishwasher. They were better quality than the originals as they were made of metal compared to cheap plastic. The instructional videos made assembling a breeze. The next time I have an appliance malfunction or break I will definitely be giving my business to partselect.

We were looking for a replacement halogen bulb for our GE wall oven. I found the part on partselect.com and called to ensure this was the correct item. The helpful rep asked me for the model # and then confirmed that it will fit. The part arrived a week later and installation was a breeze. I would order future appliance replacement parts from them. Sure beats driving around retail stores trying to find the bulb.
