Surprise; refrigerator door handle breaks off during kitchen renovation. Refrigerator still works great but is almost 15 years old; I did not think I'd be able to find a handle replacement for this model, let alone a cost-effective replacement. PartSelect provided an affordable replacement that matches exactly and, since both refrigerator and freezer handles are sold together/as one, gave me the opportunity to get a brand new handle on both (ie no longer look worn). I was in desperate need of a part for my washer. I was charged for it to be shipped out and received in 2 or three business days. They blamed fed ex but I found out that they charged me for faster delivery and sent it ground(no charge). When they got caught they took the extra 10.00 off but the part was coming another week later. I will now report them to the better business bureau. Scammers!

This site is awesome! Not only was it super easy to find the correct part, they provide instructional videos for demonstrating how to replace or repair your appliance. The packaging was handled with care and arrived in perfect condition and quickly!

PartSelect.com sells parts for different types and makes of appliances. There is a space to type in your model number and it will show the parts available for it. You can also keep scrolling down and there is a list of "symptoms" your appliance has with the parts needed to fix it displayed next to it. There are also video tutorials showing how to do repairs yourself.

The types of payments accepted are most major credit cards and PayPal.

I was having trouble with a clothes dryer. Since it's about 20 years old I thought it would have to be replaced altogether. Luckily I found this site and realized I could fix it myself. So I'm a bit of a self made handy man, and would rather fix something than buy it new. So I do all my own washer and dryer repairs along with many others. But getting parts is sometimes a hassle. Partselect.com really helps make it easier finding parts. Coupons for return customers on shipping could use a little work. But great for parts!
