I purchased a pair of old 90's era whirpool washer and dryer set of Craigslist for $200. The timer of the dryer did not work, so you would have to set an alarm on your phone (or risk cooking your clothes). Within the year the motor and coupling went out on the washer. I looked online at a couple different sites to try to diagnose and repair the machine, and PartSelect stuck out immediately. Their videos begin with helping to identify what issues/sounds/etc. The part in question might cause when it fails, and proceed to extensively do the repair themselves from start to finish with a full version of your product. The parts are reasonably priced and get to you quite quickly if you live in the US. Just recommended them to my dad who's worked on his washer and dryer for as long as I can remember!
When I had to replace my oven racks, I was lost to where to go. I ran across partselect.com and took a chance. The website's directions were easy to follow for someone who does not do a lot of online shopping. The product was delivered on time and fit perfectly.

Helped me identify the correct model number to replace my burned out bake element in my 30 year OLD GE oven. Watched their online video on how to replace, asked my husband for the nut driver, and got it done. Called to place order, and customer service representative was fantastic. Reasonable price and FAST shipping. All other sites listed 7-10 business days. Would order from them again for both the service and fast delivery.
My wife ordered a wrong part over the phone and we are having a hard time returning it to get refund because the order was NOT done on the inter net so there is NO recorded. Can't speak too anyone due to vires. Tried to e-mail with NO luck. What to do?
Service was ok, shipping was ok BUT, It cost me over $39.00 for two tiny plastic clips to hold a bar on the freezer door. I imagine the cost of creating and packaging and storing until finally sold would be around $1.00. Any body know the difference between good value and greed?

We ordered a dryer belt and pulley. Parts fit perfectly for our whirlpool dryer. Took less than one hour, most of the time was removing back of dryer. Saved probably lots not paying for 2 visits from repair shop. Parts arrived within 3 days.
The part I needed came and the video provided with the order was "spot on". I despise doing any kind of work where water is involved, plumbing or washing machine in this instance. Honestly, it was so easy and quick. I didn't even have to curse, not once!

Website is easy to use. Found the part i needed. Ordered it on Thanksgiving afternoon, shipped the next day. Also have a video on what tools you will need and how to complete the repair. Very pleased with them.
They so far had the part I needed for the dryer at my work. Both times it was delivered with in 3 to 4 days. Once I ordered the item they not only sent a confirmation of order but also a YouTube video on how go to do the job. Definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Unfortunately, I never received the parts that I ordered. It could have been FedEx's fault, but I reached out to PartSelect after doing everything on my end to track it down, and I never heard back. Overall experience A+. The part came on time and in great condition. If I could say anything negative it would only be that no instructions came in the box. However, with YouTube who needs instructions. Great job PartSelect. I recommend anyone needing parts to check them out.
