I would not buy from this company again. They sent the wrong part to me and I had to pay the shipping to get it to me as well as the price of the part. Then when I needed to return it, they sent a return label that was NOT paid shipping. I had to pay to send it back! Sheesh, what a rip-off. They still have not credited my return after more than a week--they say it can take 2 weeks to register that the part was returned, and then another 3-4 days to issue the refund. They won't tell me if I will get any of the shipping $ back, which i think is very sleezy.

Has been more than 30 days and product is still in its way!
We decided next time we will just drive after it and get home sooner!

Part select oem part failed under 2 years since installation. Very disappointed. 125 dollars down the drain. Customer support said nothing they could do

They sentvmexa broke part. I have sent them photos, talked to their customer service. A month. No resolution. Necer use them again.

Rats chewed the wiring on my garage refrigerator the website was easy to maneuver. The parts I was searching for were easy to find and reasonably priced. For less than two hundred dollars I repaired my one year old fridge. The parts all fit as they should and works great.

They printed a shipping label right away and waited a week to ship it. I had to call multiple times and they blamed fedex. Fedex checked and they did not have possession. After multiple complaints it magically shipped that day. Will never order here again.

Part is a front panel for a GE window air conditioner. It came in a GE box but holes don't line up with the controls on my unit. All I really wanted was the filter cover which isn't available separately. They refunded the purchase price but shipping both ways cost 3/4 of the purchase price, so it was a big waste of money and I still don't have a grill.

Every time I order anything from Part Select it's always shipped promptly and packaged well. I've ordered several parts over the years and they have yet to make a mistake on anything. Not only that, but whatever part you order has a video right there on the page to assist you will installation. They are pretty much the only place I go for parts for home appliances. You can deal with them with confidence.

I ordered a replacement soap dispenser for my dishwasher. I received the part the next day. It was an exact match to the defective part that I was replacing. They also had a detailed video which clearly demonstrated how to change the part so I was able to make the repair in the predicted time and without any surprises. I would definitely use them again as my first choice.

My 10 year old GE dryer started to squeak like crazy, as well as occasionally the drum would bang around. This progressively got worse over the course of a week, and my wife and I thought it was time for a new dryer. I found partselect.com, watched a couple of videos and checked out their inventory. Using their tutorials, I was able to take my dryer completely apart, diagnose what was needed, and order the exact parts necessary for the fix. I ordered a new drum belt, 4 new slides, new door felt, and a new top bearing. All had install videos along with them, shipped fast and for $250, my dryer runs like brand new. Highly recommend this site for any appliance needs!

The part was just what I needed to fix my dishwasher, and even better, the tutorial video was perfect so I could complete the repair. Grateful that the video was there and succinctly guided me through the repair.

The Part Select website was easy to use. It helped me find my oven model number and with it find the correct part to replace my burned out heating element. I ordered the part. It was shipped quickly. It was the correct element. I replaced the element, and my 21 year old oven is working like new.

I have an automatic ship order for new refrigerator water filters through PartSelect. The parts always arrive on time; every time my refrigerator starts asking for a new water filter, I can be sure an email from PartSelect about the new filter shipping won't be far behind.

Parts Select staff were so helpful when trying to find a heat element for an oven that is over 50 years old. The item arrived quickly and was easy to install after consulting with their staff. I'm so appreciative!

After two weeks, I am still waiting for an answer regarding my claim with this company.
They only send me half of the part that was requested after charging an abusive amount of money.
I have read similar complaints from other customers.
Be aware!

I'm highly in favor of fixing my appliances as opposed to buying new. It can be a struggle to find parts or the right help. PartSelect has it all put together in one place. Everything ordered by model and part numbers. Verify you're getting the right part. And helpful videos to guide you through the process. I will definitely be coming back for future appliance issues.

Customer service by email is nonexistent! I bought 3 products from the site and they shipped me 2, they have not replied to any of my inquiries. Buyer beware, they advertise a big game but I would never buy from them again!

Shocking service or none Parts have not been delivered. Order placed 1/8/2021 FedEx advisory that part was handed over to US Postal service 1/21/21. Tried to call about this but Partselect is not taking calls about orders.
I'll apply for my money back as the part was never delivered and there is no way to track the part since it left FedEx hands. High price for lowest level of priority for delivery ( and tracking)
Unreliable supplier in my opinion.
