I have ordered from PartSelect.com multiple times and have always found exactly the appliance parts I need. If you don't know the exact part number they will help you. I got the model number from my fridge and put it in and it told me all the parts they had that fit my model and I chose what I needed. The prices are very comparable to other places. They even have videos that teach you how to swap out the part and replace it with the new one. They are my go-to source for appliance parts.

I have never experienced any customer service worse than PartSelect. I received the shipment one week later as scheduled, and when it arrived the box was heavily damaged and the product broken into pieces. I sent three (3) emails, two of them with several photos from the box and the broken product attached. I received one answer from them telling me to send photos. I sent the photos again and told them I needed a replacement for the broken part. I haven't heard back since then. I also tried to call them, but an automated answering machine is saying that they don't have phone service anymore.

Part Select is a valuable company - in terms of the variety of parts for different types of appliances offered, wealth of information about parts and installation, helpful customer service as needed, reasonable pricing and quick shipping time. And they are open 7 days a week. I lucked onto them online and now recommend them to others all the time.

I was very pleased with PartSelect in every way with the exception of shipping. Granted there are some issues with shipping due to the whole COVID issue. However, normal average delivery for this part is quoted as 1.8 days. When I ordered and the tracking #'s came through it was 12 days. Ended up actually being 9. My frustration, and this is a FedEx issue, although PS chose FedEx, is the parts shipped from Louisville, KY, 2.5 hrs from my house. They went to Greenwood, IN, 1 hr from my house. Then to Chicago, 4.5 hrs. Then to Indianapolis, 1 hr (Greenwood is like 10 min South of Indy). Then to Champaign, IL. Then to Indianapolis again. Then to Terre Haute, IN, 15 mi from my house. To Brazil, IN.

If I'd known this awesome shipping plan I could have driven to Greenwood and had my parts in two days instead of having my dryer disassembled for 10 days.

After 15 years, the knob on my dryer broke and was unable to be fixed. For two days I used pliers to try to turn the machine on. My frustration led me to the internet to do a search for older dryer parts.
Amazingly, I was directed to partsselect.com and found the exact replacement I needed! Three days later my item arrived. The directions were clear and easy. Now my dryer turns on without the pliers and is good as new.

We ordered a dishwasher seal from partselect after carefully watching video, to make sure it was what we needed.Our dishwasher had been leaking around our existing seal, so much that I was putting Vasoline around it each time I washed dishes, which was 3 or 4 times a week. Such a messy hassle.Our other alternative would have been to buy another dishwasher, which are very expensive.We ordered this seal from partselect, and our dishwasher is working great! No leaks at all, and without the messy vasoline. Love this company. Thank you.

I am in limbo, not knowing if I should cancel the unshipped portion of my order, or hope and pray. Apparently email and phone are both not functioning at Partselect, so there is no one to talk to about the problem. The receipt does say that the package only contains 1 of 6 items ordered. The worrisome thing is that the website considers the entire order completed, which it is not.

I recommend that people try to find an alternative vendor, because Partselect is very unreliable.

Part Select is a company I've used before. They are totally reliable and thorough. The refrigerator part fit just fine with a slight modification my husband did. I'm completely satisfied!

Had to replace my washer drain hose after it broke and had a flood in my kitchen. I ordered the factory recommended 7 1/2" hose. Was able to get the correct hose that included instructions in how to replace. When the hose was received it only took about 15 minutes to remove the old hose and replace it with the new one. It works great. Fast service from PartSelect.
