I have a 16 year old Frigidaire refrigerator that had a door that popped upon opening. I checked online as to what the problem could be and found out that it needed a cam bearing & hub bearing replacement. I clicked on Partselect, immediately found the part, watched a video on how to repair, ordered the parts, received in only a few days. This repair took about 10 minutes & no more popping noise. Happy, happy.

The agitator in our washer was limp. The top part of the agitator just flopped around and didn't move the clothes down to the paddles to be agitated. Some googling told me the dogs in the top agitator were shot. I needed new agitator cam. Then I found that my model was one which made the top and bottom parts of the agitator as a sold piece. The makers had melted the bottom agitator to the cam, and so fused the two parts together so you had to replace the lot! I didn't want to buy a whole assembly for a hundred bucks or more. So, I found the parts on partselect.com for a model older than mine. After a little creativity with a power drill, I had freed the agitator cam assembly from the agitator, and separated the two parts of the agitator. The new cam fit perfectly, and the machine works great for about $15 with shipping included. I couldn't be happier. And all our clothes smell great again! Thanks PartSelect! You are a life saver!

I have had solid experiences with PartSelect.com. The website has an intuitive website and large inventory of parts. Prices are reasonable for quality parts. Some of the things that are especially helpful are part breakout diagrams, clear images of the parts and often, short videos of how to replace the part.

Having owned my home for 32 years, there is never a shortage of needs when it comes to trying to find some part that you need to repair something in the house. At the end of the day I always end up, no matter where I search, at this provider. The main reason is price and part coverage. They seem to have everything you need, no matter what job you're working on. The pricing on their parts is usually better than other sites (and much better than brick and mortar stores), and they ship it pretty quickly. The latest use was for a refridgerator part that cracked and had to be replaced. They had it, shipped it, and bam, back in business. A great site.

Loved they sent a video in their email when it shipped showing how to install and was shipped in timely manner

Placed order on 12/07/2020. One of the items in in my order still had not arrived on 12/26/2020. Sent email requesting status on 12/26/2020, but had not received a response on 12/31/2020. When I called the customer service number, the recording said "Due to Covid-19 we are unable to answer inquiries at this time." I cannot find out when/if my part if going to arrive. All other ordered items arrived, but, I have no way to check status of order.

I ordered the part, watched the video to install and had a working washing machine in 20 minutes. A washer repairman told me to replace my washer. I fixed it instead!

I ordered an OEM gasket for my garbage disposal, which was marked as in-stock. That was 11-November. It wasn't until 15-December that my part shipped. No communication in the meantime about the delay.

One of the knobs on my oven broke and this happened right before Christmas. I placed my order at 2pm and literally received it by 12 noon the next day. The knob fit perfectly and was ready to install. Price was great!

I ordered a lower spinning arm for my dishwasher because the old one came loose and melted on the heating element. The part came quickly as advertised and was a perfect fit.

I have a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator, purchased in 2005. Thru Parts Select diagrams and replacement parts - I have replace the water valve and the icemaker, she runs like new. It was as easy as they explained.

PartSelect had full schematics and parts list for the model oven that I was needing a part for. That detail was pivotal to determining what was needed. Once the order was placed and I realized I forgot another part, the customer service was fantastic. They got the original order canceled and a new order generated with all parts needed within a matter of minutes during one phone call. And then we got the parts ordered earlier than anticipated.
