Before buying the part, I selected my coffee machine, the exact same model. Sadly, when I replaced it, the water leaked even more than the original piece, so I'm thinking it was not the right height, at all. Also I got a black gasket and the picture and the original was semi-transparent, not sure if this makes any difference.
I ordered 2 parts for my compressor. When I noticed the order went to PayPal and not my PayPal line of credit I canceled that order and then placed the order on my debit card. I received 2 orders and one was incomplete. I needed 4 new feet and I only got 2. My PayPal account which had no money in it was charged $95. It was now in the red. My bank account was also charged and you accepted a double payment for one order. Then you charged me shipping it back and a restocking fee. My $95 items were now refunded to me for $65.
Your customer service department is useless and rude, a waste of time. They were unhelpful and the last one I spoke with was nice for 3 minutes and then the attitude. How is it you are still in business I will never know. I will never again purchase the most minuscule item you carry for.1 cent.
You have forever lost my business and respect. And from reviews I've been reading I'm not alone. Take me off you list of contacts, I don't need any more emails or solicitation from you.

Ereplacements has a horrible customer service. I ended up calling them and was given a word salad.
I got a canned response "orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks". The order actually shipped two days later. But they only sent one of two boxes! Per their policy I am required to re-order before I can get a refund! Why can't they make it easy for the customer and just send the missing rail set?!

IF the actual part they sent was the same part pictured on their website, the part would have fit perfectly; BUT, it was an entirely different part. The return/request was very easy, except I never received a refund.
That fact that the part was clearly not the part or part# listed on their website, and no refund was issued, I have to warn future customers to not use this vendor.

I ordered some fanblades expedited shipping. It still took seven days then the fan blades that I received were the wrong ones they refunded then I had to purchase new blades begged them practically to check to make sure they didn't send the wrong ones again. They said they couldn't so a week later I got the wrong ones again so basically I'm about two weeks, and ended up buying them from another place

After calling to inform that cuisinart part ordered didn't fit my model (as they said it would), I was told to keep it, that I would get a refund, and would be informed about whether it should be returned or not.
No refund, and no response about what to do with the part. Won't be doing business with them again.

The part was not the right part. It does not fit the Mr. Coffee at all. I didn't bother with the hassle of trying to send it back.

Ordered my parts at march got my parts in july.It's a waste time. There is no customer service and unaccountability. And there was no timeline, until we now get my parts. They just shut up one day in july. Don't waste your time on this website.Go to bailey's dot com.

I ordered a new crock for my slow cooker. It arrived broken, not just cracked, broken into multiple pieces. There was no packing material in the box at all. The process to get refunded was terrible. It took weeks to get a response that my claim had been received. When I called, the customer service rep wasn't very helpful. I was asked to send very specific photos weeks after submitting my return request. Luckily, I had kept the item in the original packaging so was able to take additional photos. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Ereplacmentparts.

They require information to fulfill and process the claim to issue a refund. That can take up to 7-10 business day to appear on your banking statement. I've used eReplacement parts 2 times and have had issues with them both times. Oddly enough it revolves around their shipping department not the parts themselves. The first time my parts got sent to the other side of the earth and took 2 weeks to finally arrive. I figured it wasn't their fault but was the shipping company. So I ordered a second item, big mistake. I ordered on a Wednesday and they had a shipping label ready by Friday morning. I thought it was going well, until the part still hadn't been received by the shipper the next week on Wednesday. So I call customer non support and they are completely unhelpful about anything having to do with my order's whereabouts. Magically the shipper scanned the shipping label 30 minutes after my call. Didn't receive the package until the Monday after that. My project was delayed by an entire week. Time is money in my business and this company cost me both.

I ordered a part more than 2 weeks ago. That process was great, including part diagrams, etc. However, since then, they've become ghosts. Can't reach anyone either by e-mail or on the phone. You get the typical, circle-jerk process. I have no idea where my part is. It's amazing, they, "make it easy to cancel your order." That is not a strategy and certainly isn't customer service. Providing my order number does nothing, so I'm left in limbo. At this point, on my first attempt using this company, my advice it... source it somewhere else.
Needed roller wheels for a 20 year old recumbent Reebok stationary bike. Extremely difficult to find. Found them here. Extremely reasonable price plus low cost shipping. Received within the same week. Awesome!

I only recently found this company, but will continue to utilize them when needed. Very easy to work with, and fast service, shipping, etc.

Ordered two lawn mower blades and an air cleaner. Received the air cleaner and no blades. Box was partially opened Lousy packing job. Called and spoke to a very nice lady named Janet. Said she'd send out the new blades right away. Got the second box. Picked it up off the porch and one blade fell out on the porch. Other was inside. Point being the person who does your packing should look for another job. My 7 year old granddaughter could do a better job. No inside packing at all. Contents just rolling around inside. Why bother with a company that has no clue how to pack items to send across the country with a good chance of never reaching their destination? Is this any way to run a business?
After months of back order waiting for a part that costs less than $3, I received 2 incorrect parts (as I paid for two plus the exorbitant shipping that was more than the two parts' price) that didn't work at all. I cannot return them without paying shipping again myself. I called, emailed and filled out customer service info online. Nothing happened. Now this time you wanted me to review. "Great" job.
Never received item. Paid for UPS and been sent via different posting service (less reliable). Not sure how long more need to wait as provided tracking number not working. I had positive experience with the first shipment and sad to see the second one is such a mess. Not sure about refunding :(.
This was my first and last purchase with eReplacementParts.com due to the misleading service they provide. On June 20,2022 at 4:06 p.m. I opted to pay for an overnight expedited delivery which cost exceeds the cost of the items I purchased (Replacement Shock Absorbers for Emergency Generator). The arrival of these items more than two days later (06/22/2022 at 5:32 PM) is unacceptable and could have cost me substantial losses.
eReplacementParts.com depend on third parties for deliveries, so "if the aforementioned deliverers do not make the delivery in a timely manner… then, it is not their fault… but my money stays in their pockets, really?
I will definitely spend my money doing business with someone else more reliable.
Part was not correct, although the interactive parts map seemed helpful. It was also extremely expensive including charging nearly 7 dollars to ship 4 tiny screws first class mail which is just regular mail. Would not recommend.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
