I received the wrong product. I paid for the part bag frame instead, but instead they send me the bag and not the frame. I needed the frame only

I eventually received my items, which took literally almost 6 months or more. I ordered riding lawnmower parts. And it took forever to get everything i ordered. And sending emails did not help any. So in the future will never use this site unless i don't need the part like tomorrow or maybe in a few weeks would reasonable. But several months in not good business practice. And you don't ever get an explanation on why.

I ordered 2 parts for my compressor. When I noticed the order went to PayPal and not my PayPal line of credit I canceled that order and then placed the order on my debit card. I received 2 orders and one was incomplete. I needed 4 new feet and I only got 2. My PayPal account which had no money in it was charged $95. It was now in the red. My bank account was also charged and you accepted a double payment for one order. Then you charged me shipping it back and a restocking fee. My $95 items were now refunded to me for $65.
Your customer service department is useless and rude, a waste of time. They were unhelpful and the last one I spoke with was nice for 3 minutes and then the attitude. How is it you are still in business I will never know. I will never again purchase the most minuscule item you carry for.1 cent.
You have forever lost my business and respect. And from reviews I've been reading I'm not alone. Take me off you list of contacts, I don't need any more emails or solicitation from you.

Before buying the part, I selected my coffee machine, the exact same model. Sadly, when I replaced it, the water leaked even more than the original piece, so I'm thinking it was not the right height, at all. Also I got a black gasket and the picture and the original was semi-transparent, not sure if this makes any difference.

IF the actual part they sent was the same part pictured on their website, the part would have fit perfectly; BUT, it was an entirely different part. The return/request was very easy, except I never received a refund.

That fact that the part was clearly not the part or part# listed on their website, and no refund was issued, I have to warn future customers to not use this vendor.

Wrong fan blades twice
November 5, 2024

I ordered some fanblades expedited shipping. It still took seven days then the fan blades that I received were the wrong ones they refunded then I had to purchase new blades begged them practically to check to make sure they didn't send the wrong ones again. They said they couldn't so a week later I got the wrong ones again so basically I'm about two weeks, and ended up buying them from another place

Horrible Service
November 5, 2024

Ereplacements has a horrible customer service. I ended up calling them and was given a word salad.
I got a canned response "orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks". The order actually shipped two days later. But they only sent one of two boxes! Per their policy I am required to re-order before I can get a refund! Why can't they make it easy for the customer and just send the missing rail set?!

After calling to inform that cuisinart part ordered didn't fit my model (as they said it would), I was told to keep it, that I would get a refund, and would be informed about whether it should be returned or not.

No refund, and no response about what to do with the part. Won't be doing business with them again.

Missing part, no response!

Ordered three parts, two seals, one connector for my coffee machine. Seals were so overpriced. I received three bags for three parts, and one bag was empty (seal missing). I took photo and sent an email. It's been three weeks no response. So frustrated. I would not recommend this business for any needs

I've ordered the items in the last six months from this site, and wouldn't order again. The first one ended up being canceled weeks after I ordered.
The second and third orders shipped a month after I ordered them, well after I'd already replaced the items and emailed customer service to cancel my orders. Not thrilled with this company…

Don't do it 4 months on parts

Ordered my parts at march got my parts in july.It's a waste time. There is no customer service and unaccountability. And there was no timeline, until we now get my parts. They just shut up one day in july. Don't waste your time on this website.Go to bailey's dot com.

I've used eReplacement parts 2 times and have had issues with them both times. Oddly enough it revolves around their shipping department not the parts themselves. The first time my parts got sent to the other side of the earth and took 2 weeks to finally arrive. I figured it wasn't their fault but was the shipping company. So I ordered a second item, big mistake. I ordered on a Wednesday and they had a shipping label ready by Friday morning. I thought it was going well, until the part still hadn't been received by the shipper the next week on Wednesday. So I call customer non support and they are completely unhelpful about anything having to do with my order's whereabouts. Magically the shipper scanned the shipping label 30 minutes after my call. Didn't receive the package until the Monday after that. My project was delayed by an entire week. Time is money in my business and this company cost me both.

My compressor is listed for 150 psi max. The switch I bought as a direct replacement is also listed at 150 psi. Also bought new pressure relief valve. First cycle ran til relief valve blew, compressor kept running. Bled off air, checked,reset and tried again. Same result except contacts welded themselves together. Did research and found a different 4 port switch rated at 135 psi cutout and dual contacts elsewhere. Installed and split line across 2 contacts. Works great. I damaged other switch so I could not return it.
