Almost unbelievable getting quality replacement parts for expensive tools for a fair price and fast shipping. When you depend on your tools, minimizing downtime is a must. The business website is straightforward, fast search and easy to order. Using the exploded diagrams gives confidence that you are ordering the right part.

Unfortunately I no longer have the name of the rep who helped me.
I needed a valve for my pressure washer and the part was very difficult to find.
She cross referenced quite a few sites and finally found the part number.
You all go out of your way to help the customer. This was the second time I have used your company.

The part i bought work as should. I placed several orders at different times some order same day and still charge 10.99 to ship each order, even 10.99 for a little carb needle. (Crazy). I can buy exact same parts on Amazon free shipping, so this will be my last purchase through ereplacement.com.

We only offer options that allow us to track packages, by using numbers generated by the shipping carriers. This helps us identify shipping progress for customers, as well as gives us information in case something were to happen to the order during transit. We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible, but do also have to keep them at a level to help cover our shipping and handling costs. I ordered a replacement stoneware for a crock pot. It arrived in pieces. It was poorly packaged (wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in box). They sent a replacement which arrived the same way. Talked to representative and explained the problem was in packaging. Agreed to one last try. Same result. Refunds for 2 orders have been received. Waiting on refund for third order.

Poor Customer Service

I've always had good results from eReplacementParts, but this is the first time I've tried to contact them with a problem. Using Corona virus is no excuse for an email to go two weeks without a response. I received a package, properly addressed to me, but when I opened it the items were for a different person. There is no return option for received wrong order so I sent an email to the Contact Us address. I've had no response other than the automatic "we'll get back to you".

I needed to order parts for my wife's vacuum cleaner. Bags, belts, light bulb, etc since local stores pretty much stopped carrying these in stock. I should have researched internet better. My stupidity. Your pricing was "way higher" than others I found after I already placed order and the delivery was absolutely terrible. 9 days to ship via Fed-X from UT to Ohio. Feel kind of ripped off. Got parts eventually but will be smarter next time to look around better.

A customer service person sent me a label to return defective Bkack & Decker Hedge trimmer handle. But neither UPS or USPS would take it. I ended up buying 2 handles more. 3 total. You (currently?) have poor customer service on returns.

Purchased a new Milwaukee angle grinder that did not come with an adapter for flat cutting blades. Was able to get correct part from eReplacementParts with no issue. Arrived in short period of time. Will be happy to purchase again in future.

Bought a "NEW" replacement pump/motor for my piece of junk Ryobi sprayer, lasted 4 tanks, dead already. Contacted customer service NO REPLY...WOW...$38 out the window. Gave them all the info, order#...still nothing...WOW...never again...Stay Away

Ordered gas grill grates (set of 3 grates). I got package with only one grate of the three. Emailed eReplacementParts and have not received answer. Tried calling 5 different customer service phone numbers. All had same recording advising returning part at my expense. They simply are not communicating with their customers. Do not order anything from this company!
