I broke one of the blade arms on my ceiling fan. I searched for weeks to find the exact part. They had them. (Of course I needed to buy the whole set of 5 to make sure they would balance.) They were priced right and I received them in a week.
My Tanaka edger and trimmer are 26 years old, still run like a dream, but started leaking gas around the rubber/plastic fuel line assemblies and other rubber fuel line parts. The parts were OEM from Tanaka and fit like a dream. The fixes took 15 minutes and both are no longer leaking fuel. I will definitely be back!
To return your product that is "guaranteed to fit," but does NOT. You emailed me an RMA page that neither Staples or FedEx could print out. Plus the lid you sent has NO vent.
I checked Ebay and Amazon and found lots of selection but no way to be sure it would fit. So I called up and gave the make and model # and bought the exact part I needed. And for the same price. Thanks for the awesome service.
I ordered a part for my blower and the shipping costs were more than my part. It took almost a whole month for my part to arrive. If your in a hurry to get something fixed don't shop here.

The part we ordered took longer to get them what the website said it would. It looked different then the part that we were trying to replace on our pressure washer (but our pressure washer is old) but it fit and it worked.
I want to start off by saying that I had no issues with ordering, receiving, or the quality of parts. My issue is that in the shipment I was missing a part. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen. But after about 3 weeks now of trying to get ahold of someone both via email and phone calls, still no reply. There was no packing slip included with products so I dont know if this item was backordered. When I call I get a message saying they have a high amount of call volume and cannot accept the call and they hang up. Emails to info@ and customer service have gone unanswered. Customer service is a huge part of any business even if you have the best of merchandise. This alone will cause me to seek other places in the future. Hope they can rectify this as it's a reasonable place to buy parts.
Dont do business with them its as simple as that charged high shipping both ways and this is not fair

All of the above. I ordered a replacement motor for my cordless Dremel, it arrived quickly and worked/fit exactly as it should. I'll be ordering from these folks again!

I am able to find important parts and frequently, the parts diagrams are helpful, too. The shipping times have been slow lately which could be from scarcity of certain parts as I learned they do not always have items on inventory. All parts I have ordered seem OEM with legitimate factory markings; I am aware of the growing counterfeit market, EReplacementParts.com does not seem to be involved in that particular trade yet. I had to cancel one order as I could not await their availability predictions, and found another source; the cancelation process was reasonable. I've had to return only one order and that process was also very reasonable.
Bought product, was charged on my credit card, and received notice that it would ship in 0-1 business days. Product was actually out of stock, and after a week I had to call and inquire about my product. They said that the product might show up in a new shipment in a few days. I got my product about 3 weeks after ordering. I should have been notified about the out of stock status, I would have searched other retailers.

I needed to replace a part on a Skilsaw. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to find the the OEM part I needed at a very reasonable price cheaper than a knock-off on Amazon). The items also arrived very quickly (within a few days).
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
