I have dealt with e replacement parts for many years though where I worked as a HD tool tech. I usually got the right part. This time I ordered for myself. The part was wrong 3 different times even after talking to a person on phone and explaining the problem. She said she now had the right part a square brush. Mine needed to be square. The new part sent was still rectangle shaped brush the same as before. No return paper work was ever sent as requested. It would have cost more to return parts any way. Out about 50 dollars.
I was able to turn a rectangle into a square and make one set of brushes work. I rated it good because I usually get the right part even when ordering for my self.

I'm a refrigeration mechanic and have been for 55 years. I have had to repair fewer Sub Zero products than any other brand, But you get what you pay for as the saying goes. I have been to there factory and school. And learned much to improve the other brands I've worked on.
