You charged me $7.25 for a very small FREE USPS bubble wrap package, that you only paid $3.27 to get out the door, then USPS held my package downtown for three days until I had to drive into town and wait in long lines to pay ANOTHER $2.13 to recover it... so you ripped me off for $1.85 and made me GO GET IT...! Trivial...maybe...but the major inconvenience and stupid games has cost YOU a customer...since I will NEVER buy from you idiots again...good job... :O(

EReplacementParts had the odd part (gear cover) I needed to fix my Bosch 4100 table saw and they shipped it very fast. I can't even complain about the price, it was great. I will definitely shop with them again when I need to fix the next power tool that breaks.

eReplacementparts.com made it so easy to order parts for my Ryobi orbital sander! Using the model number printed on the side of the sander, I looked it up on their website. They provided a VERY detailed exploded view of the sander (including tiny washers, looked EXACTLY like the sander as I took it apart) along with hyperlinks to each part. I had no idea what the names were for the parts I needed. But I did know what the parts looked like and where they were located on the machine. Brilliant idea having the detailed exploded diagram with hyperlinks! Very easy to locate parts needed and shipping was super fast. This will be my go-to site for future purchases of this type. No need to throw something away when it can be fixed. Thank you!

I was able to replace broken handles on an older electric skillet easily with this site using the model number of the skillet. Shipping was fast, correct product arrived, will definitely use this site again for finding replacement parts!

The positive for me is that what was shipped to me arrived very quickly.

The negative is that out of the three items I ordered, I only received two. I emailed customer service a week ago and have not heard anything, and my order has mysteriously vanished from my account. Now when I look for my order number it says it doesn't exist. Very disappointed in this experience and I will not be shopping from this site again.

Ordered a part that I needed on January 10, had to pay for shipping which in this day and age is ridiculous to say the least when you're spending $75 on one part for a vacuum. Today is January 25 and I have still not received my part and it has not moved locations according to the tracking information in five days now. Missed out on being able to complete a job that I was asked to do because this part still has not arrived.

I have an old Braun food processor that I absolutely love. The part that holds the blades broke leaving me heartbroken. I had ordered a replacement part from two other sites, both sent the wrong part. I ended up stuck with them as it just cost more money in shipping both directions that the cost of the actual part. Then, I came across eReplacementParts web site! They got it right! Sent me the correct part. It arrived in a week and my old Braun is back and making my life a little easier once again! I would only suggest the name of the part include Soap Valve...
*Briggs and Stratton Fuel/Soap Valve*. Previous review led me to try this *Fuel Valve and it's an exact replacement on my Soap Tank Valve.

I was very much impressed that not only did I get a replacement part for an obsolete piece of equipment, but the part's electronics were upgraded providing improved performance. Also, detailed instructions were included for a smooth installation for the modified part. The purchase saved our treadmill from a certain future in the junk yard!

I ordered this part on Mon, Nov 28. I paid $14+ dollars for next day shipping, which is more than the parts cost. On Tue, Nov 29 I checked the delivery status and it said it would be delivered on Thu, Dec 1.

So why did I pay all that money for next day delivery to have to wait 3 days to get it? I just checked the status and it now says it will be delivered on Sat, Dec 3!

What is the heck? I'm thinking a refund is in order, at least for the shipping costs, if not for the full order.

Cheese wiz, folks. Pay for next day, get a 5 day delay? Assuming it really does get here on Saturday. In the meantime, instead of exercising on my elliptical, I'm running 4 miles outside in 40 degree weather. Which is what I was paying extra to avoid.

I ordered drill machine parts at 27 January, but until today they not shipped and delayed without reason, I mailed many time but no reply only system generated reply.

I moved and had packed my Nespresso in the original box and packing material. When I arrived and set it up, I had water leaking from the machine and it would not make coffee. Using the internet, I quickly found how to take off the side panels, once there I watched as I ran the machine another time and could see the water flowing out one of the high-pressure pieces. I found the piece on eReplacementParts.com and ordered it, just a hint, if they suggest some extra parts, grab them as I did until I took it apart, I was unaware there were some rubber O rings, I am glad I ordered the part as it would have worked but why not use new! I used regular shipping and still got the part in 4 days from the day of order. Presto, no need to purchase a new machine, back up and running!

I am very impressed with this site. It was easy to use. Everything went extremely well. I got confirmation, and the package in a timely and fast manner. The package was very banged up and "bent" and one side of the tape was torn. But I Can Not fault them, but the mail service. The lid came through intact. It seems to be a bit off in size and the way the latch down hooks. But its probably just me, I'm grateful for their site and their replacement parts. It helps ease my anger, of breaking my lid when I went to put away. I would recommend them again in the future and they are Very fair on their prices. I thank them for this great service

Fast service, part was a perfect fit, plenty in stock, helpful repair instructions provided, and great communication. This was my experience. While Craftsman just said the part was discontinued, I was able to find a suitable replacement part easy with these guys and I now have my compressor operating like new.
