First time purchaser

Parts for my Makita power planer arrived in a few days using standard shipping. They were OEM in the manufacturer's packaging. One of the parts was out of stock everywhere except here. Online ordering was quick and easy, I will use these guys again for sure

Exactly what I needed
December 3, 2021

This company provided exactly the parts I needed in order to get my Delta table saw back up and running safely. Unlike many other companies I was able to find the exact individual parts I needed and I did not have to buy unnecessary items that would have driven up the cost and sat on a shelf in my shop gathering dust. My only gripe is that it took some time to get the part in, but under the current circumstances with supply chain issues I am not upset at all. I would highly recommend this company!

Easily found the part I needed

I've used ereplacementparts a few times now. It's now my go to source for DIY fix it projects. Diagrams with hyperlinks to parts make it easy to find the right part. And I can confirm that if one orders the wrong part by mistake (oops), returns are easy and painless - postage free and no restocking charges. (The mistake was mine. EReplacementParts lists compatible models along with their parts to help avoid mistakes).

It took a year!
January 4, 2023

After ordering a part for our Mr. Coffee machine in December 2021, and paying $10 for expedited shipping, we kept getting emails that it was back ordered. Finally received something on December 2022 but it doesn't fit our machine. Not sure it's even worth contacting them to see about getting my 26 bucks back (including the cost for expedited shipping). I can probably buy a new Mr. Coffee for not much more.

I had a delta bandsaw missing some parts, and apparently the manufacturer stopped making them. All other places I could find did not have a suitable replacement part, but eReplacementparts did. I had to modify it slightly(threaded rod was too long, but it's working great

Shattered

Hello all,
My simple order, a new glass globe for a coleman lantern, was shipped in a bubble envelope. So I received an envelope with dozens of pieces of broken glass. Can anyone say BOX?
As yet, this company has not responded to my complaints.

Mr. Coffee water tank
December 5, 2023

Price was great. But shipping was very poor. The tank is plastic and shipped in a bag. It arrived cracked. I contacted the company several times but only got auto responses. Someone needs to fix this problem.

Was easy to find on the website. Description and photograph was clear. The item was exactly what I needed. Received it in a reasonably timely manner. Price was reasonable. BUT, it did not come with the hose clamp described and shown. The inner package had been opened and taped up for some reason which tells me that happened before it was inserted into the outer shipping package. I used another hose clamp and it worked, but it's nice to get all you paid for...

They had a piece that went onto an old pressure cooker. Not even the cooker company could provide me the part but these guys had it in stock. Fast and friendly checkout and prompt shipping along with great communication even after part was received. Very pleased. Great old fashion customer service.

I ordered 4 eyelets I received 4 bags with same part # but one bag had a piece of plastic in it not worth shipping charge to ship back. I've called and can't talk to anyone, so I have 3 out of 4 items!

Ordered a riding mower muffler, provided essential information and received product fast and is a perfect fit.
I am a DIY person, a lot of YouTube learning, product did not come with instructions but I am very pleased with the service. Great prices

Dropped my food processor bowl and it cracked. Thought I might have to buy a whole new processor, but found the replacement bowl at a fraction of the cost. I was also able to order some different blades for it, as mine originally only came with one.

Ordered a water tank part for an espresso maker and received it cracked. Contacted them about the issue and they did a return and new purchase with out hesitation. They were nice on the phone but almost an entire month for the replacement to arrive only to come even more damaged then the initial ordered unit. Really disappointed. Didn't even contact them again. Don't feel it's worth it for the $16.47

Parts goldmine.

This is where you go for the impossible to find parts to repair what's broken. With the parts they supply it keeps repairable things out of the landfills.
I just replaced a broken wheel (or foot) of an oil type heater. For around $10 I have my little heater working again. Otherwise it would've been junk.
They are my go-to when I need to replace a part. I definitely recommend them.
