Part didn't Fit

Part was not correct, although the interactive parts map seemed helpful. It was also extremely expensive including charging nearly 7 dollars to ship 4 tiny screws first class mail which is just regular mail. Would not recommend.

Trustworthy & Accurate Again

I have ordered from eReplacementParts.com several times over the years. I always get exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price. Their website makes it easy to find the exact part I'm looking for and usually has photos to dispel any anxieties. Parts arrive in a fair amount of time and are carefully packaged.

Seriously over priced
March 17, 2022

So I have used them previously and all was good. This time I ordered a number of parts without shopping around. Got the order and found a spark plug charge for approx 19.00 that I could get anywhere for 4. I sent two messages regarding this asking for some consideration and no reply. Won't go there again ———

It took a year!

After ordering a part for our Mr. Coffee machine in December 2021, and paying $10 for expedited shipping, we kept getting emails that it was back ordered. Finally received something on December 2022 but it doesn't fit our machine. Not sure it's even worth contacting them to see about getting my 26 bucks back (including the cost for expedited shipping). I can probably buy a new Mr. Coffee for not much more.

My compressor is listed for 150 psi max. The switch I bought as a direct replacement is also listed at 150 psi. Also bought new pressure relief valve. First cycle ran til relief valve blew, compressor kept running. Bled off air, checked,reset and tried again. Same result except contacts welded themselves together. Did research and found a different 4 port switch rated at 135 psi cutout and dual contacts elsewhere. Installed and split line across 2 contacts. Works great. I damaged other switch so I could not return it.

I've ordered the items in the last six months from this site, and wouldn't order again. The first one ended up being canceled weeks after I ordered.
The second and third orders shipped a month after I ordered them, well after I'd already replaced the items and emailed customer service to cancel my orders. Not thrilled with this company…

Its like a black hole. You place an order, a day later says its processing, you call them two weeks later and they tell you to wait a week. Ask, is the part out of stock or backordered? No thats just normal. I guess its also normal they charge your credit card immediatly. Great way to avoid getting loans but use the customers money to float their business.

Still haven't received my order

Needed parts for my Andis hair clippers. Was very excited to see them available on this site. Over a month later, still haven't received them. They have been good about updating me regarding delays but one month later my order isn't fulfilled.

Found the exact part in seconds
June 4, 2021

While getting ready for a fishing trip, I was preparing a spinning reel when I noticed a tiny spring had broken. Not even knowing what it was called, I simply put the make and model of my reel, which was 40 years old, into the search field and it immediately presented an exploded schematic of my reel with every part listed. Found my spring instantly and found that there were 4 in stock. They were very inexpensive, less than $3.00. So I ordered several. They arrived within the week. The spring fit perfectly and my reel is ready for the trip. I can't tell you how much time and frustration this saved me. Not to mention the money it would have cost me to drive around looking for a reel repair shop.

A Great Resource for All Kinds of Parts

I didn't want to toss my 20 year old food processor because of a broken dough blade and other accessory. After searching for replacement parts for my CuisinArt Food Processor at the CuisinArt site and other locations without luck, my husband recommended this site. And-- YES--they had the parts. Later there was a slight delay with one item, which they alerted me to, but both ended up arriving together very quickly. It feels so good to replace a part instead of a whole appliance. This is a reputable site. Totally happy with them and their service.

Best place for replacement parts!

This company has everything you can imagine to repair things. A very small part in one of my string trimmers was letting the line proceed out uncontrollably because it had broken. It was so small I didn't even know it was broken! Thanks to my son's online research and eReplacementParts.com, it's like new! Fast service, too!

My table saw switch started not turning on and then would just cut out while in use, progressively got worse. The magnetic switch was not working properly so I decided to replace the whole starter. Job took less than 15 minutes start to finish. Starter comes pre-wired on the power side, just needed to connect wires from the motor using existing wire.

The website is easy to navigate and find what you need. You can look up by manufacturer name, model number, and even item type (cordless drill). I had to get 2 parts (5 pieces total) for my router and not only did I find my parts but instructions for installation. I'm pretty comfortable with small repairs but it was nice to know they don't just sell parts or cater to experienced repair people. They make things easier for everyone. I received my parts quickly and was able to get my router running in no time.

I have used this site on multiple occasions for small engine, appliance, and tool replacement parts. They have a vast inventory, many parts are shown in photos which helps to assure getting the correct part, have exploded views to show where the part is used, and also have an online repair library. With one exception, the parts have been shipped out as soon as I ordered them, and that one instance was they had issues getting the parts into their warehouse from the manufacturer.
I'll definitely be back...

Sticky label
February 3, 2022

My metal pan came with a label that would not peel off. Guess what happens when you scrape it off. Your new pan is scratched. Maybe they should use labels that are easy to remove or put the label on the underside of the pan. Good price and slow shipping.
