Needed a replacement part for my Whirlpool refrigerator, but two parts were listed (one had an "A" appended to the part number). Called customer service to make sure I was ordering the correct part. They were very friendly and informative. Ordered the part, and it shipped quick. Perfect replacement... great quality. Added bonus on their website: they had an instructional video on how to replace the part. That came in handy! They were also the least expensive (even with shipping) of all the other sites I tried.

Most replacement parts are packaged in the smallest possible way, the gasket for our refrigerator arrived in a package resembling a large picture frame. The fact that our rubber gasket was not coiled up and misshapen, allowed us to immediately use it. There was no wrangling, stretching or heating required. We just took it from its package and it fit perfectly on our refrigerator door. Simple and efficiently. THANK YOU!

I needed a new handle for our Maytag dryer. I found it at PartSelect, easily. I had tried other vendors without success.

I have a front load washer/dryer, love it. Start button started to malfunction. Had appliance co out they said NO MORE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE TOO OLD. I sadly went to the store and purchased new appliances.(waiting for delivery) I decided to do a quick google and $39, I am up and running! Anything can be fixed. The web site had a great video that explained exactly what part IO needed for the dishwasher, and then went through the process of installing it.
Taken together, this meant that it took about 10 minutes to do the work, and it all fitted together exactly as described in the video.
