Was putting off trying to fix our dryer as i have never done that before. Wife kept nagging she was going to call a repairman. That's expensive just to have them show up. Finally decide to at least give it a try. Glad I did and I should have done it sooner. Found Part Select and once i found the correct control panel it was easy peasy from there. Ordering was easy. Installing the part was easy with the video. I took pictures of the wiring while i removed them for easy reassembly. Would recommend.

We had three broken control knobs on our gas range. Finding and ordering replacements on partselect was simple and fast. Parts were shipped and delivered quickly. Installation was easy. Wish I had known about partselect ages ago!

After learning from our mover that a washing machine needs shipping bolts to guard against damage to the tub, I began researching purchase options. The PartSelect.com sight was one of the many sites returned from my search, but it seemed to be the easiest to navigate and understand what was needed. I found the model number of our machine and typed in the filter which returned the part needed for our washer. Once ordered it took just a few days to arrive in the mail. Price was fair but I was disappointed with the shipping fee after seeing the same product with no shipping fee elsewhere. Our move is coming up in the next three weeks so we'll see if the bolts fit; however, I have no doubt the will.

I'm a fairly recent customer of PartSelect, having ordered only two parts from them during the last couple of months. So far, the parts have worked very well, but time will tell over the next few years. PartSelect's performance is very good. The ordering process is straightforward. The web site does a very good job of helping to ensure I'm ordering the right part; and the ordering process is easy. They shipped the parts within a day or two and without exorbitant shipping fees. The parts arrived in good time and good condition. Their videos on how to install the parts was a major factor in my decision to buy from them. They were exceptionally helpful.

If I had to nit-pick something to criticize, it's that the how-to videos and the model number database for parts matching appear to be just a little bit dated. There were some differences between how the video said to do things versus how my particular appliance is constructed. Also, my exact appliance model numbers were not in their database. But both were close enough that I was able to get the job done. I can understand that keeping up with the flood of new models can be daunting.

PartSelect will definitely be my first stop the next time I need an appliance part.

Given that refrigerators are less durable these days, I have had to order parts more than once. The last part was for a drawer support shelf in our 2-year-old unit. The items have always fit properly according to the part numbers. The shipping is fast and I usually receive my order within a week.
