This has been a great place to order parts from. The parts seem fairly priced compared to other stores, it's easy to find the part needed, and instructions are often available. I do wish more instructions and videos were available. I end up having to search Youtube to find out how to install.

I ordered a microwave power cord to replace the one a mouse chewed through and they sent me a European plug cord. They wont take phone calls because of covid so I'm still waiting for an email response to return the item for full cost including shipping. The part #5 on their diagram is what I ordered, the black cord is what they sent. If you google manufacture# ******* you'll see it should be a gray cord with a standard US 3 prong plug.
Part PS*******-Condenser Assembly was needed for our LG dryer my wife uses heavily. After having a service guy who services the LG supply chain suggested this was part with the problem in having our dryer work efficiently and quoting us an outrageous rate, including labor, I decided to do a little research. Thank goodness for Part Select. Got the part needed quickly and less than what was quoted. And labor? What labor? You just slip out the old condenser and slip in the new one. Save yourself a few bucks! Very helpful site and will continue using them for all our future laundry needs.
Received my parts today for my freezer. Everything went together as it should. The only problem was there was no responses to questions sent by e-mail. If I had to rate customer service it would be 1 star. It would save everyone a lot of stress if you would just communicate.

Horrible service and I get that covid is messing everything up but 3+ months of waiting with at least 3 different dates given for when it would be shipped and still by the time it was cancelled it still wasn't even out for delivery. It was for a dryer belt, and turns out going local got me it by this Thursday. Thankfully an entire shutdown came and went in the meantime so everything is open again.
The picture with each part labeled was a huge help to determine which glass I needed. Other websites described one thing but showed something else and I could not tell if I was buying the right piece. Tehir website had a diagram and numbered each piece. Made it so east. Fit perfect!
Ordered part over a month ago, no one answering phones, no one answering emails, blaming COVID. I just submitted a refund request, I will see how good they are at that. I am contemplated an inquiry from Commerce Department.

Answer: I cannot answer for the company however, as a banker, I see charges come through clients accounts with similar errors and rarely is a small amount like that ever noticed by the company. I doubt they even noticed.
