Dishwasher racks were worn and rusty. Easy to find replacements on website by Frigidaire Model number.
I received very quickly- 5 days- and exactly what I needed! They have everything in case I need another part.

After two weeks, I am still waiting for an answer regarding my claim with this company.
They only send me half of the part that was requested after charging an abusive amount of money.
I have read similar complaints from other customers.

Took almost 2 weeks to get a hose for my dishwasher. Very disappointed with their shipment method which cost twice as much as my part. Also ended up ordering hose clamps from another vendor as the parts available were $60 instead of the $2 I spent.

I had already reserved a repairman when a neighbor told me that the part I needed was a small spring for my French door refrigerator. Purchased a waterline for my fridge, I was hosting and needed to get my ice maker working ASAP. Amazon had the part cheaper but wasn't going to arrive in time. I chose part select because they say "1.8 day delivery average", but I guess in my case it wasn't. Took a couple days just to ship it off and a few to receive. Did not arrive in time.

One of the worries when you order is that you will not get the correct part or that it won't fit right. PartSelect makes it easy and reassuring by having you input the model number (which is easily found in the unit). The part came quicker than anticipated and very securely packaged. I was happy with the pricing as well.
I would definitely order from them again and would recommend PartSelect to anyone looking for appliance parts.

I was so pleased with finding this site, they have it all and fast delivery. My fridge looks new. And I don't need needle nose pliers to turn my dryer on anymore.

We ordered a part almost 2 weeks ago for our dryer. There wasn't an option for faster shipping but their site states if you order within a certain time frame they'll ship it that day. If I follow the link for shipping it shows that the scheduled shipping is pending. I'll be ordering my part from Appliance Parts Pros and selecting their over night shipping since I've already waited 2 weeks for a heating element, and return the one I bought from Parts Plus.

Placed an order and it shipped the same day. When FedEx lost my package the customer service rep was so helpful and got a new one shipped out right away!

Got exactly what I needed in a timely manner. There was also a helpful install video link they sent with it. Great website.
