Being the most recognized paper store and printing services business it is far from providing good services. It is completely unbelievable that for cancelled online services you have to go in store for refunds. It is the most primitive mechanism I have heard for refunding when purchasing online nowadays. Dont buy any online services from Staples, otherwise you will be wasting ypur time going back to store.

It is completely shocking to finf out how a company rated 4.6 stars doesnt have ETA on a ordee placed more than 2 months ago. Even worse that customer service line doesnt even apologize for not providing any updates during this timeframe nor providing any alternatives to remediate the issue with the supplier on their end. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS STORE IF YOU EXPECT RECEIVING THEM WITHIN 1-2 MONTHS.

Even though the part catalogue is very wide its customer service sucks. I had the incorrect part shipped out - which I returned immediately - and it took over a month for their finance department to refund me. This incurred of course on interesr in my credit card - which I had to deal with since neither customer service nor finance cared about. I had to insisit several times to avoid being ripped off, they didnt want to refund me. If you have the chance to buy on this store.
