It's my first time ordering parts not 1 but 5 different parts costing over $600 and I never got no notification about shipment. When I went to try finding them they said they lost 3 out of 5 parts. Yet I still haven't received 1 part. It's been a month now. I try contacting every email and phoning in and no one seems to be able to help me. I'm frustrated all I want is my parts or my money back and they can't even do that for me. I'm a single mom I don't have the extra money to fix my car until this is dealt with. My product ( muffler) unprofessionally packaged and was delivered on the door step without a box and all dent and poorly welded which costs $240 and to do a refund or return it they are asking for the packaging the item came in but the item wasn't in any packaging.I Did not expected this from this company.

I had purchased front rotors & pads & they were wrong. I had requested for credit invoice & it has been over a month still waiting...
I would not use them after this horrible experience. There are many other online retailer are transparent.
I ordered a Mevotech Wheel bearing and was waiting needed to complete the job I txt to expedite and they did. I got a box labelled a premium...and i thought ok maybe mevotech changed packaging and im in the middle of an axle hub job. I found this hub on amazon for anbout $30 less. Thanks Parts avatar.

I've ordered from Parts Avatar on three separate occasions. The first order was ok. The second they sent parts that claimed fit my vehicle which did not. Then would not issue a refund because based on the VIN I ordered the wrong parts. This was an error on their site, as the site did not request a VIN and said the parts were compatible.
Third and final order. I've been waiting for a week, and all they have done is print a package slip. Nothing has moved.

Ordered parts 22 days ago, didnt arrive yet, customer service told me that there is a problem with delivery company and that they need to confirm address, when I gave the address i have been told that it will be delivered in 24-48 hours, 3 days past and nothing arrived, when contacting this delivery services customer service iv been told that they have not been contacted by this seller and not a single update was made and the parts were sent back to warehouse waiting for this update from parts avatar. So I contacted Parts avatar again - been told that they updated the information already. Miscommunication everywhere, I have non functional truck that I need for work, cannot work for almost a month now, loosing money and being lied to by this company. Customer support is total garbage.

Extremely slow shipping and absolutely no service. If you have another choice then do not use this company. If you have a problem with an order then you will just get a run a round by a bot. There are much better resellers out there.

I received my parts late. Took me a while to try the install. The moment I opened it was clear these parts were returned by someone else and used. To add insult to injury, it wasn't even the right set of pads so someone also pulled a switcharoo on the parts. New in-box items should never come with all sorts of dirt and oil on it.
A picture is attached to show the size of the pads received in comparison to the right size.
UPDATE:
I ended up ordering some rotors and pads and the pads were previously used. I contacted the support group and found out not only did they come used but I also ordered the wrong set for the dual piston. Got an RMA parts are on the way back and all is well.
4 star because the part was used and is expect me in package for all items unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase and with a corresponding discount.

Ordered air and cabin filters for the family cars. Lots of options and easy to get to the free shipping quota with a bit of coordination. I like to have the utems ready to install instead of having a garage install for 2 to 3 times the price for such a simple service item. Makes the vehicles run longer and happier!

I have placed 2 orders this week.
I confirmed through Parts Avatar chat (this silly company doesn't have a usable phone number) that they were all in stock and available.
It is now 3/4 days later and only one of the total of 19 parts I ordered have arrived, the balance still hasn't even shipped!
I ordered parts from other online suppliers at the same time. All of those parts are now either in hand or scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Some even from the US.
