They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.

Funny how after i ordered and had to wait long for the parts, i happened to call my brother in edmonton and he told me how he was having problems with getting parts and when i asked from where i laughed when he said parts avatar. He said he will never use again and neither will i, they have all the signs of a shady outfit

Stay away, don't buy from there. Worst experience ever

Legit but probably a reseller middleman. Horrendous company to deal with and can't talk to areal person. I'm sure that chat is with call centre offshore.

There were no mention of restocking fee!

It is but they are thieves and scammers. No refunds, read the legit reviews, I'm making sure they lose 10X more in lost sales than they kept from me. It's a matter of principal to save people from this disreputable company. Go to rock auto

Scam big time scam!
Terrible service, they are just a horrendous company to deal with.
Had to get the bank involved for they shipped 50 dollars of a 340 dollar order, but invoiced for 340 dollars. Parts will ship soon, trust them. Ya right, partsavatar ripoff

Its a legit company, you can visit their locations in person and talk to staff

They lost my package and telling me to keep looking at my surrounding area... I live in a condo, there was no ring at door bell. Basically commercial space.

The chat is off-shore, mostly have no idea how the world works here. There is no tracking if they deliver by their own people.

I would avoid this company at all cost.
