Part as advertised easy installation and good quality and works perfect. Very reasonable cost all in at $122.00. Highly recommend this company and I will be back. Well done Parts Avatar.
Ordered a steering rack and pinion from them end of September 2022 and exactly a year later we noticed something was off but unfortunately didn't get to diagnose properly right away for several reasons (too long to explain) but do they care? Nope! Didn't even offer a discount on a replacement part, nothing, Also their chat agent Kelvin has the most condescending attitude written all other him/her. No customer service skills. Cold and unwelcoming. Very unsatisfied with a whole process.

The only thing I would request is shipping option to confirm how my purchase is being shipped/delivered at checkout. Ordered a blower fan for my wife's jeep. It said it was high quality but it's quite noisy compared to how one sounds when you get a new car off the lot. Since I installed only a few days ago, I can't speak to quality over time but initial quality is below my expectations. However the website and delivery process was easy and the part arrived ahead of schedule. I will most likely order again.

Lucky find! Needed spark plugs for my 1927 John Deere D tractor. These plugs are easier to find in the USA, but in Canada they are a lot more "fewer and farther between," so I was surprised to see them in stock. Next, the price was great compared to the prices from the US retailers. I don't have it down to exact dollar and cents but I would estimate I saved around $50 with NOT having to worry about exchanges/duties etc. They were shipped really quick too (I ordered late Sunday, Monday was a holiday and I still received them on Wednesday).

Prefer the “antique” look of these plugs compared to the modern substitutes.

My only complaint is with the frustrating service and support chat window that keeps popping up and making site navigation so much harder, and when trying to talk to the other end, the slightest movement on my end makes it close and reset. Parts are fine, come in a timely manner, return policy seems fair (about to test it)... Overall not bad.

Prices are much better than local part stores, and they have a good selection of parts. Website is easy to use, and it stores your vehicles so you can easily switch between vehicles. I've ordered parts for four different vehicles with no problems, and parts arrive fairly quickly (2-4 days). Definitely a great place to get car parts if you don't need them same day or overnight.

So I ordered brakes and rotors to do a job on my son's van while he was home visiting. The order never came it was suppose to be here between the 3-8 of Jan. Now it's the 11th and still no order so if your in a hurry for parts order somewhere else. Contacted the company several times and all they do is send a tracking number for canpar great help NOT!

Purolator botched the delivery address and I specifically remember checking it twice before submitting it. So the part took 4 extra days to arrive. Because I was expecting the part to arrive within the next 2 days, I didn't bother getting a courtesy car, and the rule is 48 hours after an incident, I can't get a courtesy car anymore... so I ended up having to take ubers everywhere. This cost me a fortune. I've had a laundry list of issues with Purolator, and have always preferred FedEx. It'd be nice to have some other delivery options.

Online purchase, went well, got a good price and free delivery!
Item was delivered swiftly and easily, wrapped in bubble wrap and a band of cardboard around the center. It's an engine splash guard so no worries there, only other option is a huge box. Unwrapped and checked, all good and will review once fitted.

Delivery good. Paid extra for Raybestos brake hoses but like everything else, made in China. Quality looks good, fit perfect. Maybe could have saved money buying Centris ones since they are also made in China and have a decent review.

Core return charges are customer's responsibility and I was concerned that shipping cost would cancel most of the core credit value. I was pleased to discover that Parts Avatar provides discounted return shipping and label you can print. Return was easy, just print label and drop item off. They should mention discounted core return pricing on their website as it would have made my buying decision much easier.

Terrible customer service. It's a shame finding out now after years of being a loyal customer. I find myself with an issue returning a part and absolutely no one was able to help me what's so ever. Deliberately not answering my enquiries and avoids answering me in a timely manner.

Have bought from Avatar a few times with no problems with parts and delivery times. Obviously each consumer will have their own experience. Automotive parts can vary in quality depending what you are willing to pay, Avatar generally has price ranges to chose from for a given part (in my case brake and exhaust) which is a good-thing for the consumer. There online service is excellent and easy to navigate and order. Like 1 2 3 and it's done. Will use them again.

Actually, I have order twice from Parts Avatar without any issues. The parts were reasonably priced and the shipment was delivered within the week. The delivery is important as I am trying to certify a vehicle. I never had a problem with fitments. So far, I am a satisfied customer.

Most of my auto online experiences have stumbling blocks. Partsavatar takes my order, fills it and sends me the parts. I haven't used them enough to know if this is consistant but if the process has started this efficiently, I believe they've streamlined the process and made it seamless. No clunky disorganized warehouses or bipolar desk clerks.

I'm glad Parts Avatar pops up on my lap browser while I was online. I thought having an account with my local auto parts store will give me a big discounts, but Parts Avatar exceeded. Parts Avatar is more cheaper and the online customer service is very kind and professional. Although the product was correct for the Nissan SUV. The manufacturers did not put tape/glue on the corners. Unfortunately all 4 got damaged due to the window catching. I bought 3M double sided tape to improve the situation. Worked well but product has a few cracked points because of manufacture lack of using tape.

I wish I'd seen the make a video email before I started installing the shocks. My friend and I would have made a hell of a show out of it. Parts arrived very quickly. Quality of the balls joints of the lower control arms I ordered was poor and one of the ball joints was completely incorrect. Return and refund process was time consuming and complicated. Had to contact them to get only a partial refund on the one control arm after they had received the part back. It cost me 45$ shipping plus a restocking fee (for a part that should not be resold). I am out over $60 and have no useable parts on hand. Not impressed.
Had to return my lower control arms as they arrived with an incorrect ball joint installed and the other ball joint was nearly seized. They refunded the control arm with the incorrect ball joint no problem. I sent back the other control arm on my own dime and minus a restocking fee as they seemed to think it was ok to re-sell a part with a nearly seized ball joint. I had to follow up days after they received the returned part to actually get my partial refund. I am out of pocket over $60 and have no useable parts from this experience. Not impressed.

I received my parts late. Took me a while to try the install. The moment I opened it was clear these parts were returned by someone else and used. To add insult to injury, it wasn't even the right set of pads so someone also pulled a switcharoo on the parts. New in-box items should never come with all sorts of dirt and oil on it.
A picture is attached to show the size of the pads received in comparison to the right size.
UPDATE:
I ended up ordering some rotors and pads and the pads were previously used. I contacted the support group and found out not only did they come used but I also ordered the wrong set for the dual piston. Got an RMA parts are on the way back and all is well.
4 star because the part was used and is expect me in package for all items unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase and with a corresponding discount.
