My purchase was shipped on the 7th October and delivery dates was promised for the 9th - 10th October. I did not receive the items till the 14th October. I quite understand that delivery dates could shift, but this has to be explained to the customer. I had to seek alternative spares from somewhere else.
It's hard to connect with their return policy when I tried to contact them. I was trying to connect with online chat but no one responded and still it was saying that we are currently working with you by the time no one show up.
First of all, on Friday October the 10th I am supposed to get it. I never receive it. Even I asked few of my neighbors. Then they said never receive it. I am very upset and frustrate it. I can sign an affidavit, What I said is only the true and I am not intent to lie. I did got in touch with the concerns department and hopefully they solve this issue. Is sad, someone from the delivery guy is not honest enough. And you guys can prove it, no picture of delivery confirmation. Only AMAZON PROVIDE PICTURE AFTER DELIVERY.
It's a great feature to be able to pay for rapid delivery, but this time was awful. Delivery was apparently delivered at 9.40pm, at the bottom of my 200ft driveway, 1.5-2ft off the main road.
My email claims to be left at my door step. Who ever does your deliveries should be fired. Anyone with a brain knows that was a stupid place to leave hundreds of dollars of parts. When requested Parts Avatar for a replacement, they refused to do it and preferred to request me to send the part for a refund. Poorly made descriptions and the company won't fix their mistakes with customer service orientation.

Here is where the problem begins and where I feel your company is failing completely. Not only am I now unable to finish my car, but I am being asked to spend even more of my time printing, packaging, and shipping the part back. My refund will not be issued until the part is returned, and when I inquired about a replacement, I was simply told to order another one with no assurance it would be any better. From my perspective, this is a waste of my time and money: I am being asked to effectively pay twice for the same part before I even get reimbursed, all while dealing with your mistake. Is this customer service? Where is the courtesy, or even the consideration, to ask how you might compensate me for your error?
I was very disappointed with my experience ordering online from Parts Avatar. First of all I paid 20.00CAD for shipping on 2 parts that weighed less than 1/2 pound. Then, the parts I received were incorrect. I ordered front wheel speed sensors and received rear wheel speed sensors. Then when I contacted product support. I was told to send back the defective parts, but here is the kicker... They wanted me to pay for shipping again to send the parts back. Finally after some back and forth communication, they sent me a pre-paid return label to return the parts. Even so, I am out 20.00CAD shipping costs for parts that were not the right parts. * NOTE: In the search engine, I requested front wheel speed sensors for a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT Sport and the part numbers that were the result of that seach are what I ordered. No where in that page did it state that these parts were rear wheel speed sensors.
Ordered multiple parts from their site and chose the "rapid delivery" option and said it would arrive 2-3 days after the order was placed. Low and behold they show up the following week, 8 days after my order was placed. I paid extra for the rapid shipping and the parts did not show up on time. The courier they use do NOT work on weekends so keep that in mind if you need parts asap. Just go to your local parts shop. Save yourself the hassle. Only reason they get two stars is because if the pricing and quality of the parts. Other than that, shop elsewhere. I will not be ordering from here again.
Ordered a single LEFT FRONT CALIPER for my vehicle. When reviewed the order it showed 2 RIGHT FRONT CALIPERS. I notified your shipping department and was told that the order was already for delivery. I was told that when they arrive I would have to return them and order the correct part. I understand that sometimes things go wrong and that happens.
I am now in the process of returning the parts and find your policy states that I have to pay a 15% restocking charge. I feel that this is very unfair since I notified your company before the shipment was sent out. I am also a little confused on how I get my approval sticker to return the items.
I found the headlight bulb using the partsavatar seach by car function. The part was labelled as a "universal fit: this product fits all vehicles", but when i go to install, the electrical connector clearly does not work in my car. Returns tells me that universal fit means it is not guaranteed to fit into your car, and you should consult a mechanic before purchasing the part, starts making up a bunch of terms which are not written anywhere on the product page. When I ask them to show me where these disclamers exist on the webpage, they could not find it. I did not get a return & have wasted my money with this company.
Very disappointing delivery service. When I got home, the package was nowhere to be found — most likely stolen. The driver could have at least rung the bell or knocked on the door; there were 5 people at home at the time of delivery! It's unacceptable to just leave a package without making sure it's safely handed over, especially when it contains valuable parts. Extremely dissatisfied.

I requested a discount or compensation to reorder new pads after returning the used ones, as this situation has required me to contact support multiple times, reschedule service appointments, and adjust my personal plans. Unfortunately, the agent I dealt with has not been supportive, even though the error is clearly on Parts Avatar's side. All I asked for is fair treatment: either a discount or some form of compensation to recognize the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress this experience has caused.
The master cylinder was not fitting and made of plastic material instead of metal as origin. Only the slave one was Ok. Too bad since the fitting confirmation was showing in your system but falsely for the master

You have a lot of delay and very weak customer service. They do not have any update regarding the package and see same thing than customer. My package was 4days on transit which is surprising, from Mississauga to Richmond Hill. I got one package from. Québec to here in 2 days max. Work on your service.
Wrong parts were delivered and now I'm on the hook to pay $40 to ship them back when they were initially shipped for free.
Ordered 2 rear rotors for the same car and received 2 different rotors, each from a different manufacturer and the inside hub were different colors, one gray and one black. Upon further inspection I also noted that they were of different grades. I now have to go through the trouble of sending them back, My plan also has now been postponed till I can get new rotors delivered or go and pick them up at a regular auto part store.

Do not order from this company. They offer no live person to help if they send a defective part. I have been going through email to have the defective part they sent replaced but the process is so slow and tedious. They want videos, pictures and take forever to respond. I still haven't had a resolution. I needed this part to drive my vehicle to work. They delivered the part late. I paid for the quicker shipping and the part didn't come on the day they said it would. I would not count on this company because the customer service is terrible. I will be contacting and making a complaint with the BBB.
