I reached out to live support to get some clarification on a couple parts as they were listed as the exact same name but different brand and a different picture than to what the part actually was. The live support reassured me multiple times that the pictures are just placeholders and aren't necessarily the correct part shown. After about 3 confirmations from the agent they absolutely guaranteed that the part would come as NAMED not as PICTURED.
I wait a week for these parts and can you guess what shows up? Exactly what I was promised wouldn't show up, and exactly what was pictured and not as named in the item listing.
No trust in this company at all. I will stick to RockAuto from now on. Thats what I get for trying something new.

Picture showed some parts that are not included at the delivery. The black electrical actuator appear on the picture but it wasn't delivered, Very disapointing and expensive for what I got. I would like to get a reimbursed even though the part is installed. We reused the old part.
The order was submitted on June 12th and slated to be delivered between the 16th and the 18th. Parcel shipped after the early delivery date, on June 17th, and delivered after the late estimate, on June 19th. I had to reach out on Monday to see why I had no update on my parcel even though it was past the delivery date and was told it should ship in 24 hours. It was flagged as shipped Tuesday and then sat with no movement until Thursday when I t was delivered. Why even bother giving an estimated delivery date if there is clearly no intention to meet it. The worst part is there would have been no issue if the order had been put together in a timely manner. Had the order been put together on the Thursday even if the courier took the same amount of time it would have been early. Or if there was an issue getting the order together let me know and update your delivery estimate. ~$20 shipping and handling is a bit much if you order is clearly not a priority.
I ordered a Grill Assembly for my Honda Civic, the part delivered was not an assembly and not the correct part for my car, even though it was supposed to be as per there website. It cost me half the price of the part to ship back to them, far from impressed

The valve cover gasket order was wrong. Can't trust ordering from here without checking VIN and parts numbers. Not for the standard 2.0l engine but for the ST turbo. Had to run to the auto parts store to get a correct one as my valve cover was already off the car. Super inconvenient. Wasn't expecting the order to be wrong like this. Total waste of my hard earned money. What am I supposed to do with the useless gasket?

Ordered my first order from partsavatar with high hopes. Unfortunately receiving a box of 4 denso spark plugs quickly made this a bad experience. The box of 4 plugs I receieved was ripped open and one spark plug did not match the other three. The production code on one soark plug was different and the font also. I looked up Denso advisories on counterfeit plugs and this should not be the case. Customer service has not resolved the issue and poor experience overall. Would not recommend.

I ordered a wheel bearing for my ford escape, the part was fine, only the C-Clip was missing. A shame for my second order here… they wouldn't send me the missing part so they offered me a 6$ discount on a 35$+ order. Lame!
Stay away if you are anticipating the date that they give you a check out. I bought items on 19 they said expect delivery date between 24-26 now its the 30th. $#*! service now Im without my vehicle for an extra week because of these con artist. They won't give me my refund now I'll start a formal complaint with my CC as they lied on the delivery that we agreed upon at checkout time.

The order came, but was missing mounting bushings. I have discussed this with customer service through a chat line and sent pictures as requested and have been told by Parts Avatar that I can request a discount if I want to keep the part or sent it back for a full refund. But I simply want the parts that were supposed to be included in the box. You can't talk to a live person to get any kind of decent response. You would think that a parts supplier would be able to simply sent the missing part. If Parts Avatar want to give me a discount, they should give me the amount it will cost to get the missing part...and then send it to me instead! So much for customer service. I'm still waiting for a resolution. It is up to me to continually prompt customer service for a response. I'm not very impressed.
The drums I purchased arrived out of round. When I tried to return them, they requested a photo of the old ones alongside new ones with the packaging. Eventually I got around to doing all that but it was beyond the 30 days window so my return was not approved.
