Buyer beware…wanted to buy brake kit as it said "free shipping" at checkout. Paid and credit card charged, thinking my brakes were on the way BUT then we got email several days later saying it's extra $144 to ship! Wow, now we are cancelling order…found another place cheaper.
Hard to trust this company when your order is stuck in "preparing for shipping" for an entire week. My estimated shipped to my house date has been passed and it's still preparing. Support couldn't provide any solution but to keep waiting. I won't be shopping here again.

We ordered parts for our customers Land Rover. We received a box with heavy brake rotors and two sets of heavy pads in it. Inside the box, they also threw in the two brake pad sensors we ordered with no protective packaging or paper or bubble wrap. One of the sensors was crushed by the brake rotors banging around in the box.
Reached out to the company via three email addresses on their site. Day one, no answer. Reach out via chat and was told they will look into the problem... no response. Now we are on day two with still no resolution or contact from them.
They obviously have no sense of urgency or care about the issues that sometimes arise. They care little about the end user having to wait. I'm actually sad to say that this is a Canadian based company like we are.

No support. Got some credit back after well over a months of difficult communications but NOW they took a restocking charge!. Bad packaging. Two Damaged items. Tried to work out a replacement but their phone lines are never working. Their online chat is a third party that cuts you off when they find out you are having support issues. Should have read reviews on Google Maps. They sent a PCV valve that looked like it came out of someone's engine or at least shows pliers marks. Door restraining device had torn gasket. Wiper blades were for the back window and too short when their web site hid that info on the bottom of the web page. Ordered OEM but got some knock off manufacture I have never heard of before.
It shouldn't be this difficult. Tried to support a Canadian company but if this is how they treat customers then they won't be in business long.
Weekend warrior...I mean mechanic here! This site has such a variety of parts...I can choose quality over price or vice versa! When they are shipping to me I am able to get started on the project faster.

Ordered a fuel pump assembly which was to include the wiring harness. Received order and the wiring harness was missing. I understand that mistakes happen. I quickly realized that this company does not have a phone number, so all correspondence is via email, which is very frustrating, as you have to wait for someone to get back to you. My vehicle is sitting on a hoist at my mechanics, presently, and I am stuck, waiting for the missing part. I am told it will take 24 hours for the "team"
To get back to me. I should've purchased locally. Lesson learned. The measure of a company is how they handle situations like this. I will have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully this will be solved quickly. If resolved favourably, my review will be changed to reflect this.

It's states 1-3 day's delivery if spend over $100 but you will be lucky if they send it within a week. Terrible customer service as well I would not recommend ordering from here. Autopartsway is way better, at least the part comes on time.

Stay away from these scammers, go to rockauto or ebay or amazon. Your local store is $2 more but you can return rightaway if won't fit. They took 2 weeks to deliver my order and sent wrong parts. Please don't waste time and money on partsavatar

Not a good first time ordering experience. Was recommended a linc to brake parts kits that I was assured would fit my SanteFe. The back brakes were a perfect fit, however the front brake pads were too thick (likely for a four wheel drive). Since the car was jacked, and old rotors and pads had been removed, and as it was a Sunday, we were forced to purchase the proper pads from a local big box retailer in order to complete the brake job. Chat line agent told me he would look into this and contact by email within 36 hours... That was over a week ago, and still no resolve. Wish my first ordering through Partsavatar had a better result:(
UPDATE: after reply by customer rep team a resolve was made to my satisfaction, from the errors made on my original purchase. I will revise my review and hope all goes much more smoothly on future purchases. Hoping that more care is taken in insuring proper brake pads when purchasing a Rotor and Pad kit combo :)
