I bought a Memphis Shades vent for my aftermarket windshield. I had to cut the hole in my windshield for the vent. I had an old windshield with vent which served as my pattern. However, I suggest the manufacturer include a large template for marking the hole for other buyers.
I had bought a used Merlin Mahala explorer jacket from a local head. It was size small and fit really snug, but since it was such an upgrade and i thought it was cool- i went with it. After some time i found I wasn't wanting to wear it 'cause it was actually too small and i got cold due to not being able to wear the liner. I opted to buy it again from RevZilla as it was on sale and i could go up a size. However… when looking on Rev this BMW Nimbus was hacked down over half its og price! Couldn't believe it- this was actually my cream dream jacket! I pulled the trigger, the jacket showed up in like, three days and ive been riding it like i stole it since- pretty stoked. Still trying to sell the Merlin😉

I did order a helmet and received an email a week later that they were not able to fill that order. I got 25 credit. Seems like I could have been notified sooner. I got emails saying that it was being shipped and everything. Then the email saying not able to be filled. I know stuff like that happens... not a total deal breaker for me, but seems like that could have been avoided.
I bought the RST motorcycle hi tops as part of a credit returning another brands shoes. Customer service was professional and Nice. The RST hi tops are designed the way they should be and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased a wind screen for my BMW F800. Within the packaging was a sheet that compared the wind flow of the stock wind screen to the one I bought. This info would have been valuable when I was considering which style to purchase. Hopefully the website can be updated to include such info, to make for a more unregretful purchase. I'll know how effective the screen is once the snow melts.
The website and ordering experience was to be as expected. However RevZilla stated the product had shipped when actually it hadn't left their facility. I called two days after it shipped and they advised an update would be sent once the delivery service picked up the package. Simply deceiving, and took awhile to get the package.

I receive everything in good shape. I got email from the transport telling I might have duty to paid... but nothing of that.

I got a gift card because my wife didn't know what gloves I wanted. There are very few large sizes & I check often. If I didn't have a gift card, I'd likely shop direct from the manufacturer or Amazon. As far as I can tell, there is no "notify me when they are in stock" button.

Pretty normal. The parts selection is a bit clunky. You guys are legends.
I ordered a pair of alpine star boots and a rear pipeline angel gt tire. Not only did i get ordered confirmation, but every step of the shipping i was notified. From order to in warehouse acknowledgement to pick up from the delivery company, and when they were on track to get it to my address.
Excellent and on time.
The boots fit exactly as expected i fou d my alpineatar size, it has been consistent for years. Runs big in US measurements, but the euro size is bang on.
Pirelli tire arrived separate. And as always excellent tire. Angel gt has wonder grip and pretty great in the wet as well. They feel soft if you come off Dunlop, but you get used to it and the angel gr wears very well. In a commute it is many thousands of miles almost 10k for me, that is kissing the weather bars, and still grippy. Although from this point they can show cords in a blink
Got the right part fast, other sites did not have correct information on fit, with revzilla i did have to guess or return for the correct part like some other sites
I ordered my shoes. They came on time with great updates to let me know they were on the way. I loved the item. Exactly as described but they were a size too small. I returned them and before the week was over I had my refund. The process was smooth. My only advice would be if you guys can put the US size online. I ordered size 48 which if you Google it will say 14. Which is ok if Google got it wrong. But when I got the shoes, not only did the box give the size both in EU and US size, but the shoes itself had it inside. My thought was "why didn't they put it online when you order the shoes as if they didn't know the US size"? It would help clear up any confusion.
I've been looking for some smaller items for my Vtx 1300 and was able to find them at a good price while getting some filters. Parts arrived on time
To keep It short and sweet. I ordered items from RevZilla. Some fit, some didn't. The companies communication all the way through including SOME returns was/were ( English) impeccable. The company not only continued to check in from start to return but made sure I understood that if there were any issues to contact them. I can say… I never needed to contact them as their constant communication, was made so easy. And I mean, soo easy through emails unlike other companies that make promises and communication their specialty and absolutely do NOT. RevZilla is a company I will ABSOLUTELY continue to do business with as they understand what customer service is. ALAZING COMPANY!
I am generally satisfied with the product and service, which were both very good. However, I had ordered a pair of boots that did not fit and exchanged them for a size larger than I normally wear. I kept the second pair. I understand that serial returns would be unreasonable, but I think a onetime return for an exchange for a better fit should not be charged to the customer, especially since I had the option of buying the product at the same price without incurring that cost.
I was most impressed with the superior products you sell and deliver. The helmet I bought from you fit like a glove and I just love the quality. I bought it without trying it and the fit could not be better. You guys rock!
The Kraus easy shifter kit was delivered promptly. Have not had a chance to put it in yet. I'm sure it will work fine on my 2024 road glide.
