Lots of parts selection, I used shipping department at my work as the receiving address, it's an odd address that often takes extra prompting to get pushed through on some websites, someone at RevZilla personally emailed me to confirm the shipping address before putting anything on the truck which was very refreshing as opposed to the computer asking me if I'm a robot 50 times before accepting my billing and payment information. After confirming the address via email I received the tracking information and parts were delivered in a timely manner

I was a little worried about the size of the Icon boots because I wear a 9 in some shoe and boot brands but I have shoes up to 10 and maybe 10.5, went with a 9.5 and was pleased with it. They are stiff to begin with but I feel the more I wear them the better they will be. Only worn a handful of times so far. Good boot that covers the ankle, good protection and good price.

After years of wanting to buy a carbon fiber, full face helmet, i finally decided on the scorpion, exo carbon helmet. It is comfortable and as light as promised and the cost was acceptable for what i got. I contemplated purchasing this helmet from other companies online, for cheaper, but decided to purchase it through Revzilla, as their customer service is unparalleled.

The overall experience and quality of the revzilla site is pretty nice, and great rewards system and a not too shabby range of parts and merchandise. I like almost always getting some stickers with my purchases and the revzilla educational style videos are a good touch
Some of the notable cons, when shopping for a specific bike it's 50/50 on seeing all things that actually fits saids motorcycles, and a con going hand in hand is the reviews tend to be for a plethora of motorcycles. Back to the good I've made a pretty good amount of orders through revzilla and mainly my latest I really have issues with. It was a front stand that is beat up a bit cosmetically, still functions just fine but fairly disappointed my money spending wasn't un mint product. I'll still use revzilla, it's most likely the manufacturer's end but thought they go through orders to check quality.

Had a slight issue with my order tracking. Said both items were delivered but only one arrived. Talked to Jena and she was able to send me the other tracking number. Flawless service. Will always use revzilla when I can.

The live customer service, imaging speaking to a human) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable
They listened and understood my needs, my lack of modern equipment and guided me to an excellent helmet.

Ordered bobster goggles that arrived with scratched lenses. Customer service was good and sent replacement right away. Replacement showed up with exact same damaged scratched lenses as first set. Asking for refund now and will shop elsewhere.

I ordered a helmet liner for my husband to wear, for head protection, while working on his classic cars. It's doing the job and I couldn't ask for better ease of placing the order and turnaround time.

I was able to find a new pair of Alpinestars shoes to replace my existing Alpinestars boots purchased in 2014 which are starting to fall apart. I was little concerned about some comments around them being narrow, but I wore them around the house a bit at a time to break them in and when i took them on my first ride I was quite pleased. The new shoes have a couple hot spots but provided a tactile feel greatly lacking in my older boots. I like the padded strips which align to the bike foot gears. I think they will break in nicely and serve as my primary riding boot assuming my old ones are repairable.

Shipping was slow especially when I pay for 2 day shipping. Seems a little absurd that I have to pay for the "membership" while on a different competitors site I don't have to and the return of something doesn't fit right it's free. Don't have to buy the membership for free returns. Nor thier version of the rpm cash.

Everything about revzilla is great. The site works well when trying to find a product that fits your bike. The shipping is intuitive and you receive a link fast with shopping info. It is particularly helpful to select your bike so you know what fits and what doesn't.

It was easy finding what I was looking for. The item was in stock and shipped fast. My only gripe is that when I shopped the Denali Sound Bomb related to my bike on the site it didn't recommend the necessary wiring for the sound bomb horn. I eventually had to go YouTube which led me to Denali Electronics to find it. In the end I bought two wiring harnesses, including one that I didn't need. It was an unnecessary headache and waste of money.

The boots I just received are exactly as discribed. They are very good quality and fit me perfectly.
Everytime I order from Revzilla I'm always impressed with the quick shipping and excellent packaging.

Ordered a heated Road Sofa and joined their member program, a couple days later I had it installed. With that one order, I saved more than the price of membership in cash rewards. The matching backrest pad resulted in almost 1/2 price.

The padding is nice and easy to install. A G32 isn't bad at all but I understand why someone might want something that stands out more. For me it's perfect but people can do whatever they want. 1k helmet, $80 dollar helmet or no helmet at all.

As always, my order shipped in a timely manner. I received exactly what I ordered. What I like the most is you shop by model and the system will let you know if what you are looking for fits. Will continue to shop RevZilla for my motorcycle needs and wants...

The Yamaha YZF R7 rear axle nut is a bad joke. Simply trying to adjust chain slack and it cross threaded the axle bolt. Destroyed both nut and axle. This Gilles titanium nut is a top mod needed for these bikes and I highly recommend it because my bike is only 10 months off the showroom floor

Bought an Icon helmet, went off size chart provided in the item description, helmet was way to tight. Hurt my head. Got customer support on the phone. They made me think it would take weeks to get my money back and they didn't offer to try and send me another helmet, but larger. Only thing they did was waive the return fee and send me a return label. Yea, not buying from you guys again.

Ordered a new battery for my Harley, put it on a charger to ensure it was fully charged and it wont crank over. I have bought batteries from Revzilla before and they were fine so this is not a Revzilla issue, but a manufacturer issue.

Super fast delivery! Got me back on the road in no time. Stoked on the metzler block-c tires, vintage classic "look" for your vintage airhead and pretty good overall longevity. This is my second back tire, i got about 6500 miles on the last one. I run them on all my airheads.
