I am not someone who usually leaves a bad review, but for the following reasons I felt I should:
I ordered an air filter for my car that had a garneted fit, and was sent a product that did not in fact fit. So I returned it but had to pay the shipping on return (22$) and a 15% restocking fee, despite this being parts avitar fault, and not mine.
I was also promised a 10% discount for being a new customer that I never received. And when I contacted support they were rude and said I could only claim it after my first purchase, but surprise I never got it, even after contacting them repeatedly.
I also ordered HEPA filters for another car, and they came as regular filters despite the markup.
Extremally un-impressed.
After contacting support they repeatedly shifted the blame to me, and it would not surprise me if they respond to this review, once again shifting the blame to me.

Ordered products that didnt even get ready to ship until i complained. As soon as i ordered i could not cancel as i would have cancelled and driven 3 minutes out of my way and just picked them up. I had come to expect from previous purchases quick delivery but this is no longer the case.

Bought a few parts off parts avatar over the last couple years. Prices are generally comparable to competitors but shipping is always much slower generally by a week or two compared to another popular online parts store. Items generally come within timeframe but usually towards the end of the timeframe. I use parts avatar mainly because they accept flexiti financing.
Probably six parts avatar transactions this year. All of them have been fast, easy, and dependable.
