So first off just praying my clutch fits as advertised cause I ordered my driver side mirror with it, the verified fit that they give you to make sure it fits your vehicle let me down. Upon arrival, which wasn't even shipped to the location i requested, had to pick them up in the neighbouring town, took the mirror home which looked great but come time to put on, the mounting points did not match the holes on my car and there was no way it could be rednecked. So ya very unhappy with how my first interaction with this site. Likely never ordering again. Any 2001-2005 do not buy they're mirrors they wont fit. Not 05 anyway.

I have placed multiple orders through Part Avatar and the only consistent thing is that the orders are always late. They have no phone number to contact them at, and the chat with the agents is usually useless. Would be a great business if they knew how to run a business.

5 days and order still shows as "Order Received". Their only method of contact is either through email or live chat on their website and both are handled by foreign third-party agents. They do NOT have a contact phone number. They can only offer the same bs canned responses and aren't any help at all. They also lie to you by giving the dumbest contradictory excuses. BUYER BEWARE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I order some new calipers for my 4Runner. I've ordered lots of parts before and they have always arrived within a week max. This time the parts took a week to even get a tracking number and the tracking number never updated for a whole week, so I figured they were lost. Bought parts from another company and tried canceling the order. They told me the parts were on the way 16 days after I ordered them and I would have to pay to ship the back to get a return.
