They say stuff will be delivered in a certain time frame, good luck if your parts are even shipped by the end of the time frame. Have you waiting on parts for forever. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is horrible as well.

I had waited 3 days for parts to be picked from Mississauga location when finally arrived they were wrong. No courtesy to from staff for suggestions on alternative substitute to make my day any easier. I don't recommend them. If management like to contact reach out to me.

I read the reviews, they were fine. I ordered from them, rear and front brake, the delivery was late even if it was urgent and you contact them, they don't care.
I received the brakes, the front were fine, the rear, the brackets were missing. I contacted them, they told me they will get to it fast. 2 weeks later, I had to buy the brackets, they keep ask me for pictures and repeat myself, and they do nothing about it. They offered me a $10 discount if I buy something else from the. The brackets cost me $35. I had to find a ride to go toy job and back. They don't care, still waiting for a reply from them. You have to repeat yourself and show them same pictures of the issue, they don't reply with was said before. They don't care won't buy from them again.
