The customer service is terrible. I ordered parts and was given a delivery date. After that date came and went I reached out, and have been given to run around multiple times. There have been no solutions provided by them, just the same response that my order has been prioritized or it'll be shipped in the next 24 hours, this has gone on for over a week.

I ordered a new radiator and hoses for my 1998 Subaru Legacy on Monday Sept. 4. I need this car back up ASAP. I received no notification from Parts Avatar. I went online and checked my account page and that showed no history of the order, so I checked my credit card statement and PARTS AVATAR had successfully debited my account. But I never got an email confirmation, there's no estimated delivery date... I need those parts, I need my car. I don't have a tracking number. I'm just waiting in the dark. Done with these guys

My mechanic ordered 2 brake pads to fix my 2001 Subaru Outback brake system. He quoted them the VIN number for the parts. He paid on his credit card for the parts. When received the parts were the wrong parts and did not fit the pads needed. He contacted Avatar to return parts and to credit his card. They keep stalling...it is now after the 30 day return date so they are not willing to do anything...we are stuck. I am an elderly senior just trying to get her brakes fiixed. Stick with a reputable seller.

Lucky find! Needed spark plugs for my 1927 John Deere D tractor. These plugs are easier to find in the USA, but in Canada they are a lot more "fewer and farther between," so I was surprised to see them in stock. Next, the price was great compared to the prices from the US retailers. I don't have it down to exact dollar and cents but I would estimate I saved around $50 with NOT having to worry about exchanges/duties etc. They were shipped really quick too (I ordered late Sunday, Monday was a holiday and I still received them on Wednesday).

Ordered a part on Sept 3rd and still not shipped on Sept 8th...like wtf? $18 for shipping within Canada and I would of got the parts faster if I drove there and picked them up myself. Unacceptable! When I inquired they said they were going to ship out emmediately with high priority...two days later still not shipped. I try to keep my money in Canada but with this type of shipping service I am going back to buying parts from the US. Good riddance Parts Avatar!

Read on home page "Free 1-3 day delivery over $99*", that was a week ago. Placed order for over $700 and was advised delivery between 5th and 7th of September. Order still says "Preparing for Shipping".
