This is the second time I have wasted good money on expensive parts. The fact that Parts Avatar expects you to save the old packaging is crazy and stupid for warranty reasons.Monroe or a local shop would not ask for the old packaging. All they want is the receipt to prove you bought the parts from them. I hang onto all my receipts so that is not a issue. I should have went with my gut feeling and bought Monroe or OEM parts locally.

I placed my order, 2 KYB Monmoax shocks, late evening on September 21, so 22nd to be fair. It took 5 days for the to be shipped. So from time of order to delivery was 13 days. A bit longer than expected.
The KYB packaging was not the best. Only one box had the strap for the dust boot and branding sticker, while the other contained just the shock. Aside from that they arrived undamaged.
I'll definitely order from here again for parts that I can patiently wait for.
This was my first order with Parts Avatar and the experience has been a good one.

I gave Avatar a week to get my parts and the page says 1 to 3 day delivery….now they are telling me 5 to 8 days. They also said they had all the parts that I ordered,but that I found out wasn't true apparently they did not have my parts in stock? I could have ordered all the parts from Amazon believe it or not and received them in 2 days. I now have to cancel on the shop where I'm getting the work done…I'm not very happy with the service.
