Ça prend deux bushings.

Il n'y a qu'un seul bushing.

Ce n'était pas clair dans la page. Pour faire les deux côtés, il faut commander deux fois le bushing.

Et c'est des bushings avant.

Ordered brake parts, but until the date supposed to arrive, they were not shipped out. Had to cancel, disappointed. Customer service was ok, but not helpful to the real problem

Edit: My second order met my expectations of a good online shop so I bring my rating up from 1 to 4 stars.

Never experienced such a mess with an online store. Status of order didn't reflect reality, customer service was not very helpful. The order was in the end not delivered for obscure reasons. However it shows as delivered for one part and pending for the other one on my account dashboard even though I was issued a refund by customer service who said the order was returned to the sender. I placed the order again as instructed... let's see if partsavatar can redeem itself.

Made my order on October 5th for 8 different parts, to my surprise I received the first control arm the very next day, but chunks of the powdercoat was flaked off.

I contacted them and they offered a 10% refund. Whatever I'll just spray paint it that's fine. Never got any confirmation email or any refund over a week later

On top of that my whole order was supposed to be delivered by the 9th-11th. Now the 13th, I contact them and I'm informed my other control arm is on back order and I have to wait 1-4 weeks.

Instead of contacting me and telling me this, or you know not showing it as in stock on their website. They delayed my whole order and waited for me to contact them, totally unprofessional.

Ordered a few items, was well over 99$, says free shipping. Got charged 29$ for remote area. I love beside a main highway, how is this remote area? So they say free shipping but get you with this.

The site came up at the top.of my Google search. It was easy to.navigate through to find the parts I needed. After I placed my order I received email notifications for every step of my products journey to me. The part arrived quickly, and the prices were quite reasonable.

I'm Gabriel Lapolice, from Quebec, Canada,

I was a good customer who purchased parts from PartsAvatar often. There is a part that I didn't have installed right away and it was a few months ago, except that when I came to have it installed my mechanic noticed a manufacturing defect from the manufacturer in the part.

The only option offered to me is in ordering a new one (and therefore paying fees for shipping to me). And returned the defective part under warranty... at my expense.

So I have to pay GO and RETURN fees all because you sent me a defective part to the base. Not to mention the problem caused by the fact that when you change the brakes of your vehicle, you have a vehicle jacked in the air with one side Pad+Caliper+Disc changed and the other side caliper changed, that your old discs are not no longer recoverable because you were supposed to change them and now I have to make do with a part bought new here, which arrived at my house defective.

Normally, other companies just refund or return a new item, without requiring a return of the old item, at the consumer's expense.

In addition, the conversation with customer service was not the most pleasant with a person who made no effort to resolve the situation and found solutions.

Good competitive prices (not necessarily the lowest). Good selection of Aftermarket /Re-Manufacturers. I like the way Parts avatar identifies OEM suppliers on the original vehicle, and there is a good selection and price points to choose from. The only thing I'm not really clear about is how to return the old core part for credit? But I guess I'll find out.

UPDATED REVIEW:
I originally gave a 1-star due to the delay in shipping, delivery and response from the online customer service personnel. My issue was escalated to specialized customer service who recognized my issue and frustration, and promised to fix the matter. The representative ensured that I would get a full refund and would follow up with me accordingly until this occurred. This representative did just that and continued to ensure I received my refund in a timely manner. They were very polite and eager to fix the issue.

I am surprised that the employee never offered some sort of discount to try and get me to try their services again, but I am not one to ask. OVERALL, I AM HAPPY THIS ORDEAL IS OVER AND I HAVE MY VEHICLE REPAIRED WITH LOCAL PARTS AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I repair many vehicles as a hobby and chose to try Parts Avatar as my supplier. Prices were great, but the items never arrived even close to the expected time frame. I reached out to the online chat customer support, and there was no assistance provided/available. The chat representative offered to do better in the future, and said I could cancel my order with a 15% restocking fee. The delay has been very inconvenient and Parts Avatar representatives do not care. Tried calling for help, and all I can do is leave a voice mail. I do not know what I have done in my past life to have such a ridiculous experience, but it must have been bad.

I calculated the delivery delay as being over 19 business days now, with 3 business days being linked to the parts not even being sent to the delivery company. Parts Avatar has a "Family Value" of helping us with the "Right to Repair" through a movement that they actually contribute to making it harder for the lay person to be successful. They are no different than any other big-box type company.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND SHOP LOCAL. I HOPE I HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS TO SAVE OTHERS FROM HAVING TO EXPERIENCE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
