I've ordered from Parts Avatar on three separate occasions. The first order was ok. The second they sent parts that claimed fit my vehicle which did not. Then would not issue a refund because based on the VIN I ordered the wrong parts. This was an error on their site, as the site did not request a VIN and said the parts were compatible.
Third and final order. I've been waiting for a week, and all they have done is print a package slip. Nothing has moved.
