Failed to deliver a parcel. Shown on the website as being in the depot but no way of contacting them other than a chat-line that is deliberately evasive. My advice - make their terrible service their problem not yours. Write three times to their registered address (they won't reply) and then start proceedings in the small claims court.
... then you'll find out what a poor performer it truly is.
Hard to contact to complain or chase up errant couriers, and reluctant to help once you manage this.
Do yourselves a favour and stay well away from these shady crooks.
Rubbish company... Didn't pick up my parcel... Then on the "live chat" they tried to say my address was being wrong... There system supplied my address... which was correct... Lazy foreign drivers who could not be bothered... They had my phone number as well... I live on a main road, not in the country somewhere... Any good reviews this company has are by pure luck, so long as there is minimal effort involved then you might get lucky but I for one do not want to depend on luck.
RUBBISH AND WAIST OF TIME!.
I posted parcel with them on 6. 08. 2018 abroad parcel after a month been sent back to UK. Today is 29.10.2018 it passed 85 days. I contacted them several times they opened investigation and closed as item delivered once. On another they ask me to wait as the time frame for claim form not passed yet. Our company post over 200 packages a week but not by them. I posted 3 parcels within 6 months via parcel2go. And problems come straight away. Customer service is rubbish as well.
Item posted global priority in July, still hasn't arrived. They didn't pay the claim, some nonsense about the package not being reported lost by Parcelforce. Parcelforce tell me Parcel2go would have needed to request that info within 30 days, which Parcel2go failed to do. Parcel2go appear to be a company that doesn't understand the point of having insurance.
The customer service of this company is appalling. Go elsewhere. I have never experienced a service as terrible as their live chat - designed to achieve nothing but frustration and sucking hours of your life away. If in doubt, and particularly for any parcels to Europe which invariably go missing, get delayed and generally take over a month to arrive, I would try another service instead. Absolutely abysmal.
Disgusting customer service!
It used to be a good company, 7 out of 8 parcels I sent destroyed and missing items, no refund at all, asking for receipt of items they stolen from my parcels, every parcel was opened and pushed out of the van in front of me, costumer service? You are talking to a robot... "oh I'm sorry, can you please give me the reference number? One parcel was lost, there was a very expensive racing bike which I think they kept for themselves. Claimed damage for 7 parcel but they only open one case and keep asking "we need more documents" every time you submit the documents.
Paid to have a parcel sent via parcel2go. Picking myhermes as my preferred carrier.
My parcel was never picked up... when i went on line to track what was happening apparently it had been picked up and in transit, trying to find any email address or contact number impossible
I would highly recommend NOT using this company.
I have used this company numerous times. Few times either consignment is damaged or disappear. Latest where parcels proven been collected from Drop then warehouse but they still request prove of lost! The parcels are usually gone back to them and they keep it. In addition the parcel have a paid insurance but they refuse to pay...
Basically goods not delivered start enquiry wait 14 days, follow up wait 14 days, can't talk to them no idea where my parcel went, or any follow up and haven't paid me back. Reckon judging on review they steal good and sell on and make their money that way. Employ only online chat no phone numbers. Should advertise we steal your goods and never get back to you or contact you again. Why do reputable firms like Parcelforce use them for their advice will make parcelforce a national disgrace.
Terrible company. I sent around 12 parcels last week and all of them were collected late and therefore not delivered on time. When I spoke to customer services via live chat they just have the standard robotic answers. Clearly they have negotiated a very good rate with the couriers but the couriers treat them as low priority. I am actually happy I used them as I learned how useless they are so I can warn others!
This company is a joke, its like paying a thief to steal your own good, how bad is it!
I will never recommend them to anyone,
Better pay a bit more and make sure at least your recipient receive your parcel,
They are not even worth a star but that is the minimum you can put, what a shame

Gave me the run around about tracking my parcel down for over a week. They lost the package and are refusing to compensate anything. The live chat folks were completely rude about the situation the entire time. DONT use this service, im telling you!
Lost my parcel, took 3 months for a refund. They'll do everything they can not to pay the claim for lost contents. Live chat agents will give different advice and you'll have to follow their dreadful automated claim process. Go direct with the couriers is my advice. It may cost a little more, but they have accountability at least, unlike these parasites.
I added the delivery guarantee but they said I didn't! After nearly an hour online chat of hello, yes, no, replies he said It doesn't show on our records you paid it. I 110% did tick the box before checkout along with all the other options they have. It's just extra money for them but they won't do anything regarding an issue
Have experienced the worst parcel delivery service ever. A parcel was sent through this company and lost. After reporting loss 5 weeks of investigation emails were received until finally an email was received stating the parcel was found and delivered. This was a total scam and no delivery had ever been made although a scanned signature was produced for first delivery which closed the claim without any communication possible.
No telephone numbers are obtainable except for a chat line which gives an answer tough luck not caring at all.

Absolutely abysmal service to Canada when our family near Bristol shipped our Christmas present using Parcel2Go. First, it took over a week to actually leave England after it was picked up. Second, it never arrived on/by the promised delivery date of Dec. 22. Third, when we finally received it on Dec. 28 we had to pay an additional $12.24 CAD "ransom" to actually get it. How do I claim a refund for the additional charge?
Tried to get you to take out expensive insurance. Parcel picked up straight away and that is last anyone knows of it. Do not use this "service" it is a con. They tell you are investigating but then nothing. You have been warned.
Rubbish service. Lost or stole my parcel. When issue raised through resolver parcel2go miraculously found parcel and delivered it, however that was a lie according to the recipient who was in all day when it was allegedly delivered.
No response from parcel2go after my complains so zero customer service.
If you want a reliable parcel delivery service DO NOT use parcel2go. They are a dishonest company who do not give a dam about their customers.
Luckily the item sent was not valuable so I will have to just bare this loss and use a more reputable company for all my future parcels.
Claim next day delivery but mine arrived after 3 days then in the small print next day doesn't really mean next day it means "next day or more" and that it's nothing to do with them what the actual couriers do. Customer service very unhelpful. Dishonest company selling something they don't deliver and terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
