Over the past seven Months have experienced variable rejections for reactivation of vehicle 100000 warranty having my vehicle last serviced by an independent garage which is allowed accordingly to the 2003 E U ruling change on warranties providing GM recommended service parts are used and health check carried out for reactivation by a Vauxhall dealership.
While all terms and conditions were maintained Unfortunately rejection after rejection was made using failed different reasons to evade reactivation I believe for the reason of not using a G M dealership and attempted avoidance of continuation of warranties which are now costing more as Vehicles get older. All rejections were finally cleared then restarted again using first rejection which had previously cleared.
No 100000 warranties are now available on new vehicles sold being a cost lesson used by Vauxhall this is hard to except having been a life time purchaser of 15 cars from the Vauxhall brand and expecting my warranty purchased to be honorably continued while still in my procession although never achieved with purchase of new vehicles.
Never the less the refusal for non existent reasons is disgracefully not excepted to purchase further G M Vehicles especially after escalation to company Managing Director Mr S Norman who refused to review my complaint passing to his secretary having no Management experience closed without giving an answer,

Be warned warranties are being rejected for any excuse possible without genuine reason

Tip for consumers: Vauxhall Warranty reactivation Department controls all continuation of Warranties in accordance with terms and conditions set by G M Motors which are changed to avoid when ever possible to stop continuation warranty with refusal to answer why giving no opportunity to address

Have experienced the worst parcel delivery service ever. A parcel was sent through this company and lost. After reporting loss 5 weeks of investigation emails were received until finally an email was received stating the parcel was found and delivered. This was a total scam and no delivery had ever been made although a scanned signature was produced for first delivery which closed the claim without any communication possible.
No telephone numbers are obtainable except for a chat line which gives an answer tough luck not caring at all.
This company should be listed on Rip Of Britain

Used My Builder recently relying on their professional recommendations with vetted professional tradesmen was found not to be true.The experience received from My builder after sending a complaint with their recommended Builder was appalling no feed to answer complaint has been received to justify the builders non professional skill and honesty to full fill quoted work in a trust worthy manor. After finding out other customers have also been effected with the same builder am surprised this builder is still recommended to gain further work. This review has been written to safe guard other clients trusting My Builder for honest tradesmen

Sell products they advertise in stock naming delivery time and do not deliver having accepted payment.
No contact phone number is available that works and Email contact just states seeking items required.
When having to cancel after waiting weeks for delivery that does not arrive you have to wait further weeks extra for them to hopefully return your money.
I believe this is a scam company and should be avoided at all costs
