They do not deliver what they promise. I paid extra money for the next day delivery. As you're guessing - at 8 pm in the evening they let me know that my order was going to be delayed 1 business day. No explanation why! It arrived following day in the afternoon. The goods damaged
Paid for a UPS delivery service to France. UPS failed to deliver, although recorded they had made 4 attempts. This was a verified, business address, with people available throughout. I asked to be provided with evidence of the delivery attempts. I was told they don't offer this service. Other Couriers provide evidence of failed delivery attempts, it's not unreasonable to ask this of them. The customer service of this company is absolutely disgusting, unhelpful, and provides for no accountability or the ability to track issues that have been logged. No way to ensure what they said they'd do they've done - no way to follow up on issues, other than being asked to copy and paste previous transcripts. Astounding. One of the worst and faceless companies I've ever dealt with. I was cut off on three occasions, before I'd finished, on their live chat room. No contact number. No email. No way to hold people accountable. I will never use this company again.
My parcel was floating between me and the recipient for a month then one day it was returned to my house without explanation. I told the company about the situation but they still insisted on me providing the proof of non-delivery document. As I could not find any way to escalate the complaint I ended up asking my bank for a charge-back.
Absolutely scandalous, avoid this company, if you can.

After 2 weeks I contacted the company and they said they will look into it.
2 weeks later still nothing so I had to pay for a new delivery (obviously with another company) and new products and it arrived 2 days later as advertised!
2 month later I get an email saying the case has been closed and the parcel has been tracked as delivered!
Yes it was delivered after 5 weeks all broken and smashed up!
I had paid extra for the contents insurance and guaranteed delivery!
Little did that help!
And now there is no more live chat so stuck.

Do not use this company. I had a delivery to USA and fully insured the parcel. Fedex were happy to pick up (from a fed ex depot!) and after 10+ attempts to claim for a damaged parcel through their automated service the case was closed, absolute rubbish service, avoid at all costs.
Poor service, destroyed 2 statues a week or so apart, not insured as prohibited items pretty much exclude anything you may want to post, so be warned, your items are probably not insured even if you paid extra for that, and they disrespect your items whilst in transit so all that gets delivered is rubbish fit for landfill. Pay a little extra elsewhere..
September 19th I sent a 32 kg parcel. Disappeared. Impossible to contact them because there is no phone. They only have a live chat that falls every 2 minutes and they always tell you the same things. Someone will contact you. Just an email with apologies and that they will contact me as soon as possible. 2 months have passed. Absolutely not recommended.
Failed to turn up for collection and when I complained, they said collection was not guaranteed? No use when you've had to take half a day off work. No compensation, attitude was simply "tough". Would not recommend unless you can wait in, don't mind spending time rescheduling, then waiting in again on the off chance they might turn up when it's "not guaranteed"
Giving one start because I can't give 0. The delivery company "lost" my parcel and parcel2go did nothing to help me. I contacted with the courier who gave me a lot more information that parcel2go who said they were "unable" to contact the courier. Had to open an enquiry twice because the closed the first one "by mistake". Trying to trick me and refused to give me my money back even when I gave them proof of value of my parcel and non delivery of it. Cheaters and thieves! Be aware of them!
Awful service, they lost my parcel then refused to reimburse me for the lost goods. They try to force you to take insurance, but the law is clear on paying for goods and services and what customers are entitled to for their money. I will be reporting them to the Postal Redress Service who are certified by Ofcom and I urge everyone else who has a poor experience to do the same. AVOID - there is a reason why they are cheap. They are in effect a broker and therefore cannot stand-by their contractual commitments. DO NOT use their guarantee delivery esp. For international deliveries - not worth the paper it is written on. You can only expedite any failed deliveries/attempted deliveries or delivery issues with Parcel2Go and not the actual carrier. Only way to contact in an issue is via Live Chat which is a highly unsatisfactory method of customer care. Just pay that bit more and go direct to the carrier having used Parcel2Go as a guide to the cheapest. DO NOT give this company your money
It is quite funny how the customer support made me feel bad and thinking it was my mistake that a parcel hasn't picked up.
No sign of understanding was shown from their chat support. I was even left for 10 minutes in an active chat, without any support and than just transferred to another chat member, without any explanation. TNT didn't pick a parcel up ( address was checked and correct) and the customer support from Parcel2go doesn't care at all about this.
The explanation was just: The pickup is not guaranteed. Even the pickup was including already two days overdue. Why are you booking an express delivery at all.

Avoid Parcel to Go at all costs. My parcel was not delivered so I contacted them to find out what happened to my parcel. Impossible to speak to a human being so you have to communicate to an AI operator who keeps repeating that your parcel should have been delivered 4 days ago. In frustration I submitted a request that the lost parcel be investigated. 2-3 weeks later they came back to tell me that my claim (didn't submit a claim) had been rejected but omitted to tell me what had happened to my parcel.
Utterly useless company who I will never deal with again.
I've paid for a service that cannot be carried out at the best of their abilities as a company, let me down badly 3 packages made with fragile label and arrived all damaged although paid for protection, I've lost my claims becouse they only protect for loss and not damage caused by mishandling delicate parcel. Im an online seller where need to refund buyer for damaged product during transportation, although buyer is protect seller are left with a loss. I paid for a service and a protection POLICY to handle my parcel with care, i have entrusted to them my valuables to be handle with care not to damage it in the process. Been let down too many times.
A negative experience with this company…
A negative experience with this company relating to their difficulties over customs and their use of other couriers. This means they will claim it is not their responsibility if there are any problems in the receiving country. They were clearly able to contact the courier to arrange delivery but cannot query an invoice sent my the courier 3 weeks later demanding charges for a parcel that was never delivered. Their customer service while polite cannot provide you with any useful information. I would recommend sticking with Royal Mail. No
This company is taking 3+ months to deliver a parcel from uk to Australia. First 2 months it was send to landmark, then lost, then found, then refund of 50% granted. Another month is going by with 5 failed collections and hours spent on taking to their useless life chat.
Absolutely awful. Do not touch with a barge pole. I sent a bike through this courier and in transit they literally unwrapped the bike, took it apart and stole part from it. Delivering just the frame. Stole the seat and the basket (which, may I add, had to be removed with an allen key!). I should have called the police. I even took out their insurance and did not get my money back. Terrible terrible company - do not EVER EVER use!
It really doesn't get worse than this. My parcel was not delivered, I have been told I cannot claim compensation, they never helped me to resolve the problem. They really didn't care. One lady over the phone told me that I should be giving them bad reviews, that it is my right to write it all over online, and that she doesn't know what else to tell me. THis is their customer service. They took my money but never got my parcel delivered. It is cheap for a reason! Don't be fooled by the cheap prices.
I would give this company zero stars if I could. Absolutely shocking. They act as a middle man for various courier companies and the service they provide is so poor you would be better dealing directly with a courier company. I recently paid £15 for next day delivery of a parcel with Collect+ via Parcel2Go. I dropped the parcel off at a drop off point but it never arrived at the destination. I opened a claim and it took over a month for Parcel2Go and the courier company to admit the parcel had been lost. It then took another 2 weeks to get a refund and they only gave me a partial refund! Not for the full amount. No phone number to be able to call them. Only online chat which can take over an hour to speak to the right person. They're a complete joke. DO NOT USE!
Parcel still stuck in another country. I asked for more options. My recipient could go himself to pick it up.
But no no no... they still say I should pay £54.50 for the return, or my parcel will be disposed off.
They provide not too many options to satisfy the client.
They failed to deliver my parcel due to being unable to find the recipients address. That is a joke, as the addresses is in very accessible place.
