Customers beware, avoid sending parcels with this company at all cost. I recently sent a straightforward parcel from the UK to Barbados and needed it there by a certain time. So I therefore paid additional for guaranteed deliveryAnd chose FedEx as the carrier. The parcel was collected by FedEx and then went on its way arriving in the US 3 days later where it has stayed for the last five days. FedEx will not speak to me in relation to my parcel after several attempts made due to it being booked through parcel to go and continuously direct me to speak to parcel to go myself to obtain any information. I have subsequently found out that parcel to go do not take calls and have no advertised telephone number. The only way to contact them is via email or online chat of which I have done both on several occasions only to be told they cannot assist me other than to raise an enquiry with the courier and this can take up to 14 days. I have explained to them the urgency hence the reason for paying for the guaranteed delivery service and requested they authorise FedEx to speak to me directly but they have point blank refused to do this and told me I will just have to wait the 14 days. The worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never use this company again as I now have to purchase the contents of my parcel again and spend even more money as I do not have the luxury of waiting 14 days to find out why my parcel is delayed.

Failed collection, having waited in for 12 hours. Website says collection times "aren't guaranteed". That could go on forever then. No customer service at all, no number to ring, just Web chat, which is useless.
Requested refund, but that takes 5-7 days apparently (probably much like their collections)

Placed and order - realised there was a mistake after I had already paid - unable to cancel order - neither live chat nor phone number work - this looks like a scam company - DO NOT USE!
They are thieves and scammers! They lost a bathtub that was insured or refused to pay back for it. They told me that the bath cannot be insured but they took the money for bath insurance. If I knew, I would look for another courier. They cheat people!
When there are no issues it works fine. But if you send a lot of parcels it will only be a matter of time before there is an issue. For example, a parcel gets lost or broken. Whenever that happens they are useless. They try to weasel out of honouring the insurance you bought. But recently I've encountered a new issue.
One of their couriers, Hermes, has started randomly claiming that your parcels exceed the permitted size. P2G then charges you an extra fee and a fine. The claims are bizarre - claiming small parcels no longer than 20cm are 58cm long. Of course they provide no evidence of this - just take your money from your pre-pay account. Even if you provide evidence proving that the claim is ridiculous you can expect no reply to your evidence without a lot of chasing. When you finally do get a reply they expect that you have taken photographs of every package you send to prove - they won't accept general evidence of the size of the particular item you sent.
After about 5 years and having spent £thousands with P2G, I've finally had enough and am moving elsewhere. The convenience of when things go well is not worth the stress of their awful customer service and lack of help when things go wrong.
They lost my item, took 3 weeks to settle my claim, another 5-7 days for my money to clear into my account and THEN they refunded me the postage cost MINUS £3 which is a non-refundable extra I paid to insure the item (that they lost).
So I effectively paid them £3 to lose my item and keep my money for nearly 4 weeks.
Atrocious service, avoid at all costs.
Extremely bad service. Sent a parcel with no cover, got severely damaged by dpd and no one accountable for the damages.
Surely the courier has a duty of care.
The parcel was a cast aluminium 3d printing machine very strong. As you can see in the pictures the parcel must of been grossly man handled.
What a joke have now tried to offer me a £10 credit. Have now said the parcel goes thru several different transit companies.
The machine damaged was several hundred pounds.
Sent from UK to Australia. Sent to wrong address 1200 kilometres away. No response to emails. Tried chat room, told will get back to you. Never did. Advised my companies to use other reliable transportation services, They now have and thats a big loss to Parcels NOT go2 financially. Company dir. RGH.

I have been falsely accused of "Handling Charge Not In Cardboard" I followed instructions and place item in cardboard then wrapped it. I asked for proof of this accusation but none given, I thought in this country (UK) it was innocent until proven guiltily. No photographic proof! No telephone number too speak with and educated individual but instead an on line chat where you aren't given their undivided attention, they take ages between each question ask! Where do I post my hard copy of my proof that I did follow instructions. It states "Handling Charge Not In Cardboard". Does not state must be placed in a cardboard box!

Thank you for your reply! Another A1 example of not listening. I 100% know why; as your agent via the on line chat stated "Handling Charge Not In Cardboard". So why send me a link. I wrapped the item in cardboard but not placed in a cardboard box. If you stated place in a cardboard box then I would have. Please sort your instructions out! As many more genuine honest people will be caught out and you will happily apply extra charges! Why not take the time to contact your customers and listen, you might learn a thing or too! Why have you also increased the additional charge? You are well aware there is an issue! I have asked where to post my hard copy of my proof but again don't get a suitable answer.

Gets even better. This morning they have sent me and email reminder of the false surcharge. Again no answer as to where do I post my hard copy of the proof I have. There seems to be no care or customer service just a money grabbing service. Real shame! I have emailed them as well. Really poor effort.
Aweful customer service
The prices are reasonable but their customer service is terrible. The agents do not communicate cohesively and alot of the correspondence over email makes zero sense. Spoken to multiple agents and no one seems to know what is going on. On the occasions where your parcel experience does not go smoothly basically you are stuck because you will not receive any help from these guys. My parcel has been stuck at the depot for over a month without any notification what so ever. The email response is bad, and the chat experience was even worse
The lost my phone using Hermes courier service. Do no use. They have put me through hell. I waited two months for phone to be delivered and got no response.

This company is an absolute disgrace. AVOID at all costs. I used them to send a parcel. A driver turned up the next day (28 August 2019) to collect the parceland that was the last I ever saw of it. I tracked the parcel and noticed it wasn't delivered so gave it a few days (it was due 03 September). First I was told my parcel was damaged and it would be returned to me. A claim was set up online a delivery request was made for 1-2 days later. 6 days later I am informed that the parcel is missing and they need a description of the parcel and its contents. We are now 12 days after the collection and I am told I need to wait a further 14 days while they investigate. Eventually I receive a generic email saying "your enquiry is closedwe couldn't approve your claim". So no proper, personal apology or explanation, and no compensation! I insured the parcel to the value of £100 (the item actually being worth £129) and I didn't get a penny. When you scroll through their pages and pages of T&Cs you'll find there's pretty much nothing you can actually send that they'll compensate you for when they lose it!
Not only that, but I paid £9.11 to be treated rudely and impersonally and have my possessions lost, and they only refunded me £8.09! Now I know we're only talking about £1.02 (compared to the £100 they screwed me out of using the most ridiculous excuses), but apparently "When processing a refund, a customer is only entitled to the cost of the service. Any additional extras such as the cost of the delivery guarantee or signatures are deducted" so where I had paid that 85p for a signature upon delivery, they won't refund for this service, even though they didn't even deliver the item! I almost laughed when I read this, it is so ridiculous!
Overall some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Truly disgusting the way they treat their customers. I honestly don't know how they're still operating. My advice would be to steer well clear!
I HAD A PARCEL COLLECTED FROM MY SON BY PARCELFORCE THROUGH P2G ON THE 1ST AUGUST, THE PARCEL WAS REGISTERED AS COLLECTED BY PARCELFORCE ON THEIR WEBSITE THE SAME DAY. After checking the parcelforce website every day the parcel never moved. I made a claim last month august and p2g said they needed proof what the item that was collected was and the cost so i sent them the page from the ebay seller who i purchased from, they then asked for proof of collection collected by parcelforce by their own admission and registered on their website, then they wanted proof it had not been delivered to me for crying out aloud What a bunch of clueless pricks they are. Take your money and then tell me if they did not get 3 items of proof ie: collection, Cost of article sent, and non arrival they would close the case WTF. What a useless bunch of numptys.
Collection was booked 4 times in last 6 month collection never happened, they said they don't know the reason but the collection was cancelled... thats what they will tell you 6pm when you have not other option to post that late... Definitely not reliable..., Good prices but collections are just joke.
This company is not good in any shape or form. First you have no way of contacting them, they take two days to reply to message on Facebook, then they will tell you that your parcel will be delivered today while they know damn well they never picked it up because you will be in your house looking at the item while they are busy telling you that they have the item in their transit van to be delivered today. It's all about delivery today even when they are aware they Are lying to you. Avoid avoid bad experience and I'm still dealing with the stupidity right now.
This company is taking 3+ months to deliver a parcel from uk to Australia. First 2 months it was send to landmark, then lost, then found, then refund of 50% granted. Another month is going by with 5 failed collections and hours spent on taking to their useless life chat.

Said delivery would be no later than 12th but was not collected until that day despite being deposited before 12.00 on 9th. Eventually delivered - damaged. Supplier says not in saleable condition and refused a refund. Contacted parcel 2 go but refused claim saying not insured despite website saying £20 basic insurance included. Also would not compensate for late delivery because I had not paid for guarantee. Not contact numbers available on website only able to contact by clicking link and nowhere to appeal decision. Cheaper to use other carriers where you do not need to add extras.
They took our money, they took our parcel. They turned it over to Landmark Global. We had to get in touch with them to finally find out that our parcel had just vanished into the ozone. They sort of blamed it on Landmark Global (another company with horrendous reviews).
Answer: If the parcel is not tracked, this means that was collected without label or the barcode was not read In this situation, they will say that your parcel was not collected, so no refund for you, and your parcel is definitely lost
