Aweful customer service
The prices are reasonable but their customer service is terrible. The agents do not communicate cohesively and alot of the correspondence over email makes zero sense. Spoken to multiple agents and no one seems to know what is going on. On the occasions where your parcel experience does not go smoothly basically you are stuck because you will not receive any help from these guys. My parcel has been stuck at the depot for over a month without any notification what so ever. The email response is bad, and the chat experience was even worse

Quality of the item looked nothing like the picture, and the size came up tiny. I was told they will get back to me 'soon' about my refund. And now there is silence. I won't let this drop.
