Ok, so we started sending bagels by post *******@parcel2go, which have until now been really good, but like anything else they are only good until something goes wrong and then and only then do you see how good they are. Parcel2Go are a website that offer several courier companies to send parcels. We *******@parcelforce 24 which offer a next business day delivery service. A couple of our parcels took 4 weeks to get to their destination (up north). I thought it reasonable to ask Pacel2Go for a refund (which they would then chase parcel force for) They weren't very forthcoming offered a total of £10 for both parcels and a slap on the wrist for sending a prohibited item (bagels), needles to say we won't be *******@parcel2go anymore and that is a shame because the service that they offer is good but the way that they deal with this type of situation is a little shortsighted.

They stole my parcel and their answer is cause I didn't pay more to protect my parcel they can't refund the value of the parcel - this is a scam. They've told me cause the parcel can be lost in transit. Was a big heavy box - so no chance to lose something like that

Disgrace of a company! I should look up the reviews before ordering a service through them! Not only my parcel was returned to me month later completely damaged! I was promised by them a REFUND witch I never received! After many emails them stating that my details were forwarded to account s I will receive my refund between 5-7 working days! STILL NOTHING REACHED MY BANK ACC!
Scammers! Don't use their services!

If I could give it -5 * I would. I sent a package to my son for his birthday and I have been tracking this to be informed the package is being returned as he's moved address. He hasn't. I contacted the chat to be informed that once the package is RTS. They cannot do anything about it. Useless, rubbish, hopeless and they shouldn't have accepted the consignment in the first place if they weren't prepared to deliver it!

Wish there was an option for 0 stars or negative rating. Don't waste your money sending parcels with this via this company & Evri. Parcel collected and then disappeared into the Abyss. No helpfull enquiries were made after I complained, just said it was beyond the 28 day claim period.

Absolutely rubbish company with no customer care when your parcel is lost they make sure you lose your mind to

Used Parcel2go to book a collection to NZ, parcel company EVRI have collected the parcel in Nov 22 and it has been in their hub ever since. EVRI have advised they have "lost" it in their hub, EVRI have washed thir hands with it as it was booked through P2G. P2G have refunded the postage charge but NOT the parcel value- so choose a decent company to deal with if you cant afford to have the item be lost/stolen inside a secure network.

A negative experience with this company…
A negative experience with this company relating to their difficulties over customs and their use of other couriers. This means they will claim it is not their responsibility if there are any problems in the receiving country. They were clearly able to contact the courier to arrange delivery but cannot query an invoice sent my the courier 3 weeks later demanding charges for a parcel that was never delivered. Their customer service while polite cannot provide you with any useful information. I would recommend sticking with Royal Mail. No

Parcel2go offers "Evri ParcelShop Next Day" for additional cost!
I bought one and dropped my parcel on Thursday, today is Wednesday, and it is still not delivered.
When asked Parcel2go why they said it wasn't guaranteed and it was written. In fact in a small print it says: "If your parcel is dropped off at your Evri Drop Shop before 12 noon, it will have a greater chance of next working day delivery. However, this is not guaranteed."
So they are fooling customer by hiding behind small print, be aware.

I have had a very bad experience with this courier company. My parcel was dropped off 24Th Aug and has still not been received by the recipient to date ( 9th Nov. 2022) I have complained numerous times and have got nowhere. I had live chats on many occasions and was promised they would phone me within 48 hours and I'm still waiting 2 weeks later
I received good news from the recipient that they have finally received the parcel today the 14th of November

Parcel2go changed the address I gave them to deliver to, to something totally different. My fault apparently for not having insurance which is for loss, or damage etc, NOT for successfully delivering to a total stranger who I guess was very happy!
Totally unprofessional.

Sent parcel, but they lost it, cant get hold of anyone to discuss, no refund or compensation for the £500 contents, will be the first and last time we use them

Collection was arranged for next day. They haven't showed for 3 days. They asked me to stay at home and wait 8am-8pm. No explanation.
The staff on the chat were incompetent. Requested for supervisor to call back - didn't even bothered.
Here is the reason Parcel2go is cheap.

Avoid these time wasters
You will wait weeks for delivery they full of petty
Excuses
Blaming postal strikes that happened over a week ago
Or coronavirus when really
Speaking they can not be bothered with serving people these pretenders
Coax you in to use their useless services with false advertising and schemes.
Most people are appalled by their lack of commitment to customers
Who put their trust in these idle companies who are just taking people's hard earned money, and giving back a useless, slow time wasting service.
Please avoid these money grabbers, hopefully they will be closed down soon
And replaced by a company that understands
People's needs and requirements, who are truthful not false like parcel2go, who have no care for serving people, or looking after their packages, they charge sxtreme prices for a rubbish service...

Never again will I use them, didnt pick up when they said they would, picked up the following day with a young girl expected to lift a 47K wheelchair which was clearly marked from the manufacturer with the weight on it she tried to get it into
Her car the size of a small renault. 3 days later they sent an email saying the weight was 67 K and the wheelchair was still in transit and the impression was if I didnt pay excess of £13 I wouldnt get the wheelchair delivered, I had no option I had to pay the excess and wheelchair has still not been delivered and is showing up as in transit. I have lost 2 days work and totally out of pocket, I will be taking this to the office of fair trading and small claims court for time wasted, excess postage and last but NOT LEAST NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM

I wish i coud give 0 stars. Last months i had a dammaged not delivered parcel (never got a claim back), 2 never delivered parcel, on which i ad a 20 pound protection for each and i received 10 in total. Plus yesterday i was expecting a collection and nobody come. There is no contact number and the people on chat (you have to try hard to find it) they don't know a lot. Never use them again.

I send parcel 6 weeks ago through this company Dlevery never received and and I sent several emails Enquiry missing parcel I did not get respond and they don't have a telephone number. So if you want to send parcel in save way DO NOT send Through Parcel2Go.com

Booked a collection for a large parcel via this site. On the day of collection no courier arrived, and I got an email saying my parcel could not be collected. I was in all day so there was no reason for them not to collect it. They have no telephone only a chat service. I contacted them to see what was going on, and they said my parcel had been collected... I was standing beside my parcel it had not been collected. I needed it shipped asap, they could not guarantee that it would be collected the next day or even if it would be collected at all. As it is a large item a lot of places don't accept drop offs even though you have submitted the sizes. They could not tell me where would accept my parcel. Eventually had to take a chance and have it switched to a drop off service, I asked would I be reimbursed for both the inconvenience and also the drop off service is cheaper than a collected service. I was told no. I took the item to the nearest drop off who refused to accept it, luckily I found a second drop off who accepted it. Unsurprisingly it arrived several days after it was supposed to (but considering it did arrive I'll take that as a win). I then had the original courier company a week later arrive at my door to collect the parcel, they had only just been notified of the order... disaster of a company with no communication or idea of what is going on.
