The parcel has been lost. They demand proof that I sent it and that it did not reach its destination. When I sent it to them, they wrote that these were wrong documents. This is a joke. Additionally, I bought insurance. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.
I returned a an incorrectly supplied shower tray that was in my possession for 3hours. Sent the way it came. They delivered it damaged and the supplier wouldn't refund or exchange. I insured the parcel and parcel 2 go refused to pay because all of a sudden the packaging was inadequate. Don't waste your time or money. USELESS THIEVING SCUM!
About 8 weeks ago I sent an item I had sold using Parcel2go. Item was insured for £125 and postage was £12. In summary they lost the parcel in transit and despite me sending lots of info to them regarding price and non delivery they seem to do everything they can to not pay out. There is no phone line and responses take longer than a week and seem to be just through an Online chat which is totally useless. I will take them to the small claims course if they don't pay up. It seems like robbery and you cant talk to real people to resolve issues. IwWon't be using them again and I advise everyone not to use them. I don't know how they get away with it.
This company has no care or concern for customers they left my item sitting on top of my bin in full view of the world nothing through my door to say it was there and I didn't know it was there till I went out to put something in the bin and it was soaking wet as well
I sent a Mobile Phone worth £400 with tracking next day. Evri had lost my parcel and told me to contact Parcel2Go as I found the deal with them. I contacted Parcel2Go and they literally said sorry there is nothing we can do. I explained I am struggling financially and really need the money as I was selling the phone to get myself a few things for my house but they just didn't care. I threatened them with letting the newspapers know what they had done and they just didn't care. They really did make my life hard and affected my mental health extremely also never refunded or respected me in anyway. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did. Please Stay Away!
Please do not use this company. They lost my parcel and refused to do anything about it. The people involved here are dreadful in my opinion.
Horrendous experience-Never use this company to deliver goods abroad. When things go awry you cannot speak to anyone! I spend over a £120 forwarding a piece of ART to the USA that was sent to me in error by the Canadian artist ( let no good deed go unpunished!). The art was collected from me on 22nd November 2022 and I was informed it was being held in customs for varying reasons depending on whom I encountered on the live chat - It never reached its destination and took until the first week of February 2023 to be returned to me in the UK! I have never been so stressed in my entire live! When it was finally returned to me, the artist paid for his Canadian courier service to collect it and it was united with its owner some 7 days later! I noted that P2G marked the item as 'Delivered" and claim "resolved "! You couldn't make it up. Some 22 hours of my life wasted on "live chat", unanswered e mails, what's apps, instagram, messenger over the 3 months
My advice is to send directly with your courier of choice and not P2G as you have no redress when problems arise...I was never even reimbursed!

Do not fulfil their claim promise - don't bother to cover your items will find a way to reject your claim
They claim delivery attempts which have not happened. They return packages without attempting delivery. Both of these have happened on numerous occasions to me and others I know. They do not take responsibility for their non-delivery claiming it's the customer's fault (?!?!), their 'customer service' is rude and unhelpful, and they never offer refunds for lost items or non-delivered. Their 'delivery guarantee' is a joke! A horrendous 'service'!
I paid for parcel2go to pick up a parcel from England it was an expensive parcel worth $800.00 I also paid for insurance to ensure I would receive the parcel and if lost Iw old be compensated. The parcel was lost through Australia post and I was given and presented letters (twice) to state the parcel had been lost. Parcel2go refused to pay the insurance on the parcel and their communication was non existent. I suggest never to use this company they are unethical and dodgy
As a company needing to send parcels i took it upon myself to give these a try, first time using them they didn't turn up to collect parcel and i had to wait 3 days before i could even look at rebooking them. I sent a huge caravan Perspex window off (already broken) and took out insurance for £800 as this was a window that had to be replicated for a customer and made using the broken one as a template, i stated what was in the box at the time of booking it, and checked that it wasn't on the prohibited list of items. Eventually my parcel was collected but never made it to the other end! The first i knew about it was when i contacted the company meant to be making it to find out they hadn't received it. On contacting parcel to go i found out that apparently my parcel was damaged in transit. It was already damaged upon sending. An automated message stated they needed more information from me, i gave them everything i had and yet more automated messages came back, one said that the parcel had now been lost! I am still not sure how you lose a main front window for a caravan that was about 5 foot long by 4 foot wide. After more weeks of them sending automated messages stating they needed more information, like proof of purchase, proof of insurance paid, pics of the window, etc. they decided it wasn't covered by the insurance that i took out for £800. The cost of the window, because glass windows are prohibited to send, i then explained it wasn't glass but Perspex and they said it still was not covered. Moral of the story DO NOT USE PARCEL TO GO! They have no people on hand that you can speak to direct, and the lack of care is shocking.
My package was damaged dropped by the courier, and when I asked for conversation, I was told it was my fault I will not be so using this service anymore. Please avoid at all costs.
Ive sent many HUNDREDS of parcels through parcel2go very cheaply no real problems. Ive had three delayed and its true they dont really like communicating with you but they work their way back to you in 2 to 3 weeks if they couldnt be delivered. Website is easy to use. Im happy to carry on with them. The thing with previous reviews here are people are only posting reviews when theyve had a problem, and often this is Evri or DHL to blame, nothing to do with parcel2go who just enable you to purchase the right service, they dont actually deliver anything. I like parcel2go.
If I could give no stars, I would. I paid for a heavy parcel to be collected. On 6 separate occasions I jhad to stay in when they said they were coming. Had to re-book collection 4 times. They even had the cheek to say that the parcel wasn't ready for collection. It had been ready for nearly a week.
The final icing on the cake was being told they were going to charge us extra because it wasn't packaged properly, even though we sent it back in exactly the packaging it arrived in. Tried complaining, absolutely useless!
Very poor service. Damaged my parcel and didn't want to take responsibility even when I had paid protection insurance.

Absolutely, it's a big fraud. My order number is P2G*******. First of all, their website is the worst one. The tracking doesn't work, and there's no real-time data. I chose the Personal option and sent some student items, such as books and clothes. However, they returned the parcels without giving me any reason why they sent them back. They charged me £370 and said there would be no refund. They didn't even deliver it and collected and returned it the next day.
2 parcels value around £40 but i did pay £370 because there are some important half-written notes etc.
DHL/Parcel2go won't tell you upfront that we shouldn't send clothes and books.
Awful, Dropped my parcel off Thursday, driver hadn't picked up so assumed it would be collected that day, Here I am Saturday evening and tracking still says not collected. Parcel2go live chat says it won't be picked up until Monday, and wont get to my customer in the us in the time given. BUT.apparently." the delivery times given are only an estimate only ".! So being 5 days late in a 11 day delivery slot is " reasonable "
Answer: If the parcel is not tracked, this means that was collected without label or the barcode was not read In this situation, they will say that your parcel was not collected, so no refund for you, and your parcel is definitely lost
