I love shopping on ozsale so much it's the first thing I check in the morning when I wake up. It's exciting to see what the new sales are and I spend a good half an hour every morning going through them. Good service and great delivery almost always early.
Just like many other reviews On here OzSale have taken my money sent me an email advising item was dispatched in November and expected to arrive 29Nov. Today is 15 December and I still have no product and customer service team keeps copying and pasting the same response email stating they will investigate... yet nothing has happened and no new update. They don't even read my emails, They won't even refund me my money or honour my request to speak to a supervisor... disgusting service and company
Do not shop here. They took my money, waited 2 weeks with no tracking information, then as soon as I made a claim through Paypal they informed me they didn't have the stock - right before Christmas so that I could no longer get the item from somewhere else in time for my child. Then told me it would be another week before I'd get my money back. BEWARE.

The experience is quite okay thanks. I get the notifications, browse the items and make a selection if something appeals to me. My preferred method of payment is registered which saves heaps of time. The only downside can be waiting for delivery, which can sometimes be more than a month.
I have shopped multiple times with Ozsale and have never been disappointed. The products have always been exactly as described and the quality has been second to none. I am currently awaiting a few more things for Christmas and have no doubt that they will be perfect. The four star rating for postage is due to Australia Post not Ozsale,
Procedure is clear and concise.
Handling times gave me the feeling that it took too long to arrive.
In the meantime, had to trace back through original correspondence to check original order and what was expected from multiple purchases and check off its receipt.
I have been buying from Ozsale for years. Most items have been fine. Their Customer Service team have always addressed the few issues I had swiftly and effectively. Recently I have noticed the sales are often repeated and no longer very good value. I have had two issues with them. I bought some chairs and am missing a screw. I asked for the manufacturer's details so I could source a replacement. I was told to take a photo of it (a missing screw?) and did I want to return the item - a large chair in pieces, no thanks! I also received a skirt and a dress, same company. The dress was a size larger than the skirt but I could not get into it. I asked would I have to pay postage if I ordered in a larger size and returned the tiny one. The reply told me how wonderful shopping with Ozsale is and did not address the incorrectly sized item at all. Are they now employing a new team of 'support' people - who have no idea what we are talking about? Very disappointing.
I have bought a wide variety of products, over a period of many years, and have not had any problems with either the product or delivery.
(Always read terms of sale/delivery before purchasing as some products may have several weeks lead time before dispatch)
Ozsale is an all round good online shopping website. Such a variety!
Only thing i could fault is the shipping time. However it is advised of the shipping timeframe prior to purchase so it is expected.
The amount of money you save does make up for this.
Ozsale is perfect for a lady like me. I'm not a huge fan of shopping centres but I do love fashion, homewares and spoiling loved ones with gifts. This website/app has honestly made Christmas shopping a breeze! I made a majority of my purchases and just waited for them to roll in. You do need to plan ahead of time to have things arrive when needed but that just comes down to planning ahead so you get a good deal! So simple. Good communication when necessary with the company.
I would love to see even more brands and variety on there throughout the year.
Without even getting out of bed i got some much deserved retail therapy! I was even more exitced when my items arrived when expected, thanks to the great tracking service provided. Very happy shopper!
Always my "go to" online shopping store. Can nearly always get what I am looking for here and would recommend to everyone. The only negative is when they get the order wrong, you cannot exchange or re-order the item again - you only get one go at it. Overall, I would recommend Ozsale to all shoppers.
I am normally extremely happy with the products I receive, but approximately half the time they are late and the only response i get is the generic, well check and get back to you in 3-5 business days. I'd prefer a proactive message letting me know it's going to be late before it is late.

All have been good. Quite addictive since some things are so cheap!
I read some reviews saying delivery takes forever. To be fair, delivery time is always stated, and could be long at times, as some stuff ship from overseas. For me at least, all delivery have been within stated times, so I've no complaints.
As a recent customer to Ozsale I can only compliment the company for the range and price of products on the site. I have received all my orders in a timely fashion with the added advantage of being notified of the arrival of my parcel the day before, therefore allowing me to be home to take receipt of it. I am entirely happy with this experience and will continue to purchase from this site.
I actually got my item extremely quickly and it let me use a voucher (which made my particular item free) in conjunction with the free shipping on your first order offer. Great service and great bargains- 10/10
I've bought quite a few things through Ozsale and have had to return a couple of things due to sizing problems (I've chosen an incorrect size) and the returns have been easy and free.
My only issue with Ozsale is that many sales have items that aren't shipped for quiet a few weeks so I don't shop for gifts at Ozsale unless I'm super organised.
I'd like to see a filter added to the app so that you can see all of the 48 hour dispatch sales in one place. That would make last minute shopping a lot easier.
Amazing experience shopping with ozsale, purchased one pair of shoes with them and they sent it out quickly i received the purchase within only a few days and had no troubles at all with the product purchased.
Ozsale is my go to for great deals across a myriad of shopping needs. Shipping is always within the designated timeframes and I have never had an issue with any product I have purchased through the site. I'm a very happy repeat customer
I ordered a bed from hear which took almost 6 weeks to arrive with an expected delivery of 7 days. Once opening saw there was a big crack in a side panel of bed which will make it stucturly unsafe to use as it will likely crack further and completely snap
I sent off a return and refund request 8 days ago and still have not heard anything back. Overall very disappointed with quality of product, lack of serviceand customer care and wish I had not chosen to shop hear
