I purchased a Salvatore Ferragamo handbag and wallet. The handbag was too small for my needs so requested return. All good. Got my RAN number and posted it back via Parcel Point. You could follow their status of delivery at every point right till it was back in store. Keep in mind I took it to Parcel Point on the 27th January. They delivered it to Ozsale on the 2 February. NP. But then where is my refund? I have been with out my $950 for too long. Do not buy from this company any more. They used to be reputable but not any more. Judging by many similar and recent posts on trustpilot.com. I received a watch that does not fit me and have requested a return, however I'm now thinking I'd be safer keeping the watch and selling it online. They have been days now and not issued a RAN number. Service has gone from bad to worse. I warn anyone out there to steer clear of them. They have dodgy operators now. Not to be trusted.

I recently purchased a set of Morphe makeup brushes from Ozsale. Checkout was seamless, shipping was prompt and I now have some gorgeous artist quality brushes to play with! Couldn't be more impressed
I have bought numerous items through OZSALE. I recently bought my son a leather jacket which cost me $100, apparently down from $299. When it arrived, it was faulty. The seams were terrible and the zipper broke when my son tried to use it for the first time. The Chinese price tag, read $168 Yen (Chinese currency), which is 1/5 of the Australian dollar. It was advertisde as a European product! So I was completely ripped off. I wont buy their JUNK again!
Some excellent sales. Good delivery. Have had some complaints but they've handled it quite well. Only issue I've had is when you order something and they sale says its available but then you get an email later to say that its not actually available, and they won't let you cancel the order.
I had a complaint about a delivery. I have nothing but praise for how it was handled. If I email a question regarding a product etc it is quickly answered for me I'm unable to go out to shop so this site suits me just great, thank you for your excellent service.
Good variety of sales with great prices. Ozsale has introduced me to a whole range of brands I had never heard of. The website is easy to use. The only downside is sometimes some items take awhile to be delivered.
Always have satisfaction when shopping. The goods arrive on time and in good condition. The prices are competitive and on most occasions a lot less. I had a problem with a lamp I purchased and it was refunded no question, also when talking to a sales person extremely helpful.

I needed a birthday present fast, looking on the web site I found some excellent priced products. I had never shopped on line before, and was nervous about making the purchase. Not only did it arrive before I expected, the quality of the item was also second to none!.
I joined as member recently and I find it very convenient to buy things on sale. Delivery can be checked and monitored. The only thing I dislike is the goods in shopping cart can't be saved. So if I go out of the app, I need to start again.
I have bought items that I have been really happy with and the others that haven't matched the description or are hard to see detailing in the photos particularly black clothes! The return process is poor and when you email, there is no direct response to your individual query.

They have an amazing variety, for all ages, sizes, styles, interests etc. the site is easy to understand, the help is there 24/7, the payment options are secure and the delivery and turn around is quick as! Highly recommend them.
I have not had a negative experience shopping on Ozsale. If there is a slight delay with the shipping of an order, the staff are always prompt to respond to messages and always provide a great standard of customer service.
I found navigating & buying easy, however when you leave a sale it would be easier if it took you back to where you were last looking not all the way back to the top as you have to scroll down again.
Also, it would be good to be emailed an itemised receipt of your order after you have finalised it as I purchased multiple items on different sales and then had to try to remember everything I purchased. Just so I know if it's all arrived or not & what date it is expected to arrive.
So far I have received most of my orders, still just waiting on a couple more to come.
I would definitely shop on here again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Since my review, less than 2 months they have made the changes and a big big thank you to Ozsale, because shopping with you and especially my Christmas shopping is feeling close to a perfect experience!
I enjoy shopping with Ozsale for many reasons.
I can take my time and really look at products.
I find items which I do not find in stores.
The only time I was unhappy was when some eye shadow arrived broken but I think that was due to packaging, and that has not deterred me from shopping with Ozsale as I guess that could happen to anyone.
I can purchase cosmetics at a way cheaper price than in stores and by getting a few at a time the delivery price is not such a problem.
I would like to see more free delivery on items.
All up I am very happy with my Ozsale purchases.
I enjoy browsing from the comfort of my own home, but unfortunately have been disappointed by slow delivery. I ordered Christmas specific clothing in November and it is now only 4 days before Christmas and it still hasn't arrived. Contacted customer service and was given a wishy washy response regarding the size of the sale have slowed down delivery.

Stay away from this website, it's very bad. Placed an order and after 25 days received something else and worth nothing, then I contact them then they replay after 1 week and said no longer available. And second order was a perfume that I ordered but the sent me deodorant. Unfortunately, for the third time I ordered a Balmain pen and it was saying 3 in a box, but received one and wasn't working as well :(
I bought some under wear on OZSALE and was so very please with my purchase. As usual there was not a problem in ordering and the whole process is easy and user friendly and the communication is tops. I am a repeat customer and would recommend this site to others and have done so.
