This is the worst online company I had ever know. I got an item that I paid over 53.00 dollars it took over a month for me to get the product. I got a M size that it is my usual size when I got the item it looks like an xs. The product didn't fit me. When I sent my concerns to their support team asking for the address to return the item for a larger one they sent me an email stating that they don't do exchange or return any item or product for that reasons. They stated that according to their policy they only exchange a product if it is damaged. So now I am stuck with a product that doesn't fit me and they are with my money. I had never experienced something like this. Don't buy anything from this company. They going to take your money and you are going to be unsatisfied with their product. I will like to score 0 to this organization.
They sell poor quality, miss sized products. They will not refund your money, no matter how bad the product is that they sell. I was purchasing a size XL pants and the pants I received was 8" across the thigh. I don't know many size "M" that is this small. DO NOT shop here. If you don't want your money, just donated it to charity and feel good about your gift instead of throwing it at this poor company.

Don't buy anything from this company. Their return policy is a joke. The products (2 bras) are not as advertised, cheap, and poorly crafted. When I contacted them about returning them, I was told that my only option was to get a discount on something else. Like I'm going to get fooled into wasting more money on their products! Never again!
I truly wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I only hope we can stop anyone else from ordering. They made me pay extra to track my shipment. They sent me tracking numbers that didn't work. Weeks later I was still having to contact them daily wondering where my items were. Then they delivered part of the order and sent me an email saying the last part of my order was delivered. I am still waiting on the last item. Then one of my clothing items was a Medium and a very small one. I asked if I could exchange it for a large and they then decided to show me the ridiculous return policy they have, basically no returns. So I am out money on an item that I do not know what to do with, while still awaiting the arrival of the item they said is shipped but have no actual tracking number for me.
I purchased Bra from them about a month ago it just finally arrived and it is total disappointment. Horrible cheap quality. First, it was wrong size. Second it was defective. After contacting customer service they said I can't return this piece. HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE

Now I wished I had done a little bit more research on these bras. They look really cute and comfortable, however the straps are not adjustable and are so short it causes the bra to ride up in the middle of your breasts. I reached out to them to get a refund and they told me I was out of luck. They only will issue a refund for damaged items. Very poor customer support.
We need to get the word out to people on face book. I was also taken by them. My bra came with snags in it. Reached out to them. They asked me to send pictures which I did. They gave me two options. 1. They would send me a new one. (Which I did not want.) 2. I could send it back and pay for the shipping. I finally got the address took it to the post office. To ship it back to Viet Nam was going to cost me $52.45. They are very sneaky. It comes from Texas but made in Viet Nam. A very dishonest fake company.

No matter what you do, the customer service of Ovaon will not return a product unless you can take pictures of the product tag and prove they sent the wrong item. Only problem with that is that their clothes don't come with any tags or sizes, or country of origin as required by FTC Care Labeling Rule. What you get is what you keep. The webpage says all kinds of things like "iron-clad guarantee," "30 day Satisfaction Guarantee." None if it is true. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. Took nearly 2 months to ship, obviously from China. I have emailed the company 10 times and each time they refuse to accept a return. I will pay to ship this back. Each email response is:
"Thank you for contacting Ovaon. We are so sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectations. However, if you do not provide proof that the item you received was wrong, we cannot support you to solve the problem. We hope you sympathize for the inconvenience."
I have sent them pictures of the product they sent and still they won't process a return because you have to prove, without tags, that the item is incorrect. Absolutely horrible company.
The reviews on their website are all 5 star. Every other site review website rates them between 1 and 2 stars. Some customers have recieved store credit but nobody gets a return. I was offered a 30 percent coupon but will never shop this site again. I should have checked sitejabber first.
Ordered two sizes up. No support just like buying a cheap sports bra. Totally misrepresented their product. Returns don't look easy buyer beware. Lesson learned

I ordered the cross front bra. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They refuse to allow returns but you do not see that notciably on the site. Anyway I order July3 and did not receive til Aug 24th. I email several times and asked to cancel order and refund. They refused. It is cheaply made and they told me the reason I didnt have it was because it was coming from overseas. Funny got package return address was TEXAS. They are robbing ppl of their hard earned money! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Purchased a bra that had cross front hooks - turns out it's just a sports bra you pull over your head. And they have no returns! Unless product arrived damaged. Waste of a lot of money on a bra I don't like!
This was the most terrible thing I have every purchased. It took a month and a half to ship to me. I ordered 3 bras. The advertisement for posture correction caught my attention as well as the pretty design. What I git in the mail was a bra the didn't even fit properly and was the most ugly thing I have seen. Not only that, it didn't even perform as advertised. I tried emailing them to return and the were extremely rude and just told me to look at the refund policy. From what I understood, I could still return as I didn't fall under any of the categories, my situation wasn't even mentioned. This is a complete rip off. They should be refunding and SHUT DOWN for all their scams! I am now stuck with 3 bras 86 dollars later. Dontas fall for it like I did.
Don't be stupid like I was! I honestly tried--I thought that, because they are so good at responding, they might be a decent company. Couldn't have been more wrong! Took for-ev-er to get the product and when I did, it is easily two sizes smaller than the average. I don't know of another company who won't allow an exchange, at the very least, when their product doesn't fit. Not Ovaon! You can almost hear them calling you a "sucker" through the internet. Only gave them one star because "no stars" wasn't an option.

I ordered 3 Angel Bras and it took forever for them to get here, once they did, they look nice, but looks are deceiving. After wearing the bra for a few minutes, it starts riding up and before long, you have no coverage at all. Almost reaches the top of your shirt. Contacted them to return and they said that the only way to return is damaged or defective. What more defective is a bra that will not cover you. They keep sympathazing with me, but their policy can't be changed. Went to the website, and found the 100% guarantee, but they do not honor that. I also disputed the charges with my credit card, will see what happens. They must have a robot that sends out a response to emails. I always get the same response. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER TELL ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO ORDER EITHER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO TIRED OF GETTING SCAMMED.
