What a piece of junk

I ordered the crossover bra on May 3rd. It didn't come and didn't come. The tracking number only said it was in City of Industry CA. When I wrote to Ovaon they would only say that it was due to Covid-19. I went to the post office to see if they could track them and they got the same run-around. So I stopped payment. THEN they moved but couldn't tell where they were. I left on vacation the first of July and lo and behold they were here when I returned two weeks later. BUT there was no information to return them. So I contacted the company and they said I didn't have a good enough reason to return them and wouldn't send a return form. Now, they have sent through another charge for them. I finally opened one of the bras just to see what I spent all that money on. Who in their RIGHT MIND would put PADDING in an XL item? I thought maybe they would minimize my size(3 8D) but instead they have no support and look crappy and make me look bigger. Company isn't responsible and sizing isn't true either.

I ordered two bras for myself and one for my teenage daughter. We both needed them, and they were being advertised on Instagram I believe. It looked good. I failed to look into the company first. Anyway, I get the "it's shipped!" email two days after ordering, and over the next 7 weeks I kept an eye on the tracking number and the whole time it was just stuck at the point of "label printed but hasn't made it to USPS yet". Customer service kept telling me over and over that with COVID 19, things are slow. But this was just getting the package from the warehouse TO the post office. 7 weeks. Finally it gets there and arrives at my house days after (imagine that). Unfortunately by this time my daughter and I have both bought bras elsewhere because we needed them. My daughter didn't want hers anymore so I asked them to take it back and they won't.

Like others here, placed my order the first week of April, and after almost four months, I still have not received it. Their customer service', if you can call it that, kept telling me that it's on its way even after it timed out on their website's tracking system in March. Like others, it showed that it was never handed off from China Post to USPS. OVAON refused to either replace the lost package or refund my money and I had to take legal steps against them.

Beware. Do not order from them. They are not a reputable company in my opinion and, based on my experience and those of others on this site, they will gladly take your money without actually delivering your order

I have never received this item after nearly two months. I keep asking for my money back and they keep ignoring my request. I would not encourage anyone to order from them. Very poor service.

I ordered the crisscross lace front hook bra on June 14,2020. USPS Tracking showed it shipped on 6/17/2020, but there were no updates on the status of shipping until it was finally delivered on July 20th. The product was awful! It didn't fit at all, and when I attempted to return them, Ovaon referred me to their No Return Policy. They basically said, "Too bad, so sad." DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Total ripoff!

Do not buy anything from this company. It is from China and takes 6 weeks to deliver. They do not fit or support at all. Company refuses to honor money back guarantee that is on their website. They want to send a different one, but the largest one they have is too small and I'm not that big! Also, the stitching was unraveling when I opened the package. This is equivalent to a dollar store bra. Do not choose this company for anything!

Read their return policy before you buy. Basically you are stuck with what you buy whether it fits or not.
BE CAREFUL using this company.
And it took a month to arrive!
What is the point. Don't bother.

I ordered a bra with the cross hooks. It took over 6 wks to receive it. After over a month I demanded a refund and this company kept telling me my pkg was on its way when there was no movement on the tracking number in several weeks. I finally opened a case with PayPal and I miraculously received the bra in a couple days. The bra itself is poor quality made of cheap materials and I did not notice a difference in what it's supposed to do. Waste of time and money.

What a scam!

Product was terrible, came 6 weeks late, and company has a prominent Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on the product description page.
Yet the company return policy says this "We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. Wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase." Basically no returns and no satisfaction guarantee.
I will work through my charge card company to get a refund.
Beware of this company! Hard to find any real reviews online. Thanks sitejabber.

This is the worst thing I have purchased in a loooong time! It is a total waste of money, it does not fit right and I want to return one ( ordered 2) but can't even do that? Not worth $5.00 let alone $30.00! Where the hooks are sewed on rub and give sores-not comfortable at all. Flimsy material. Took over 5 weeks to receive. Do not order from this company unless you like disappointment!

I ordered 5/28/20 and I still don't have the bra. It's in Brooklyn somewhere as of 6/2/20, according to tracking info... and since I live in New York state, and it's shipping by US Postal Service, I don't know what the issue is. Their emails claim international flights decreasing because of the pandemic has caused a problem. From Brooklyn? I don't care how good this item is (if I ever get it) but I won't be ordering from Ovaon again.

The material is very poor quality, the cups are tiny and it is more like a few loose strings rather than a bra. And they do not accept returns. Be aware! Totally a scam.

Site said an order could be cancelled within 6 hours. I tried 1 hour after, and they refused.
I ordered two crossover bras, over 90 days ago. I received two bras today, very badly packaged - and they weren't even what I ordered!
Poor communication when I tried to contact them about the missing order.
There is not one good thing that I can say about this company or its products. I do a lot of online shopping and have never had an experience go as wrong as this one.

I ordered one bra from Ovaon.com. They immediately emailed me a 2-3 days shipping and a 10-15 business days USPS delivery. Couple of days later, I received an email stating it is going to be shipped and provided me with a tracking number. I kept on checking on USPS tracking information, their site shows the package was not delivered to them. I emailed Ovaon.com multiple times questioning their delivery to USPS. They emailed back stating that package was delivered to USPS and all I can do is keep checking the tracking number. I asked for a cancellation and they refused. This company is not registered in California or any state I could find. It seems like a scam. The original advertising was on Facebook.

Ordered June 3,2020, immediately notified my order was shipped! Still not arrived. Hadn't even reached USPS. I believe they do this so they can blame the shipping company. Do not order from this company unless you just want to donate your money to them.

I am very disappointed in a company who will not allow exchanges or returns for items that do not fit. My order for bras took over a month to receive. I contacted them regarding returning the bras only to me told their return policy states only defective merchandise can be returned. Their size chart was used to determine my order. A company that won't even consider exchanging merchandise because of wrong size should not remain in business. They certainly are overly prompt in processing payments!

Stay Away!

I placed my order on April 14,2020, was forced to pay with PayPal, which was cashed on April 14,2020. Received order confirmation then shipping confirmation on April 15,2020. Today is July 7,2020 and I still have not received anything. I have requested a shipping date, tracking number, NOTHING! I have asked for a refund several times and get the same comment, "We are very sorry that you have not received your order until now. We have checked your order and found that your item is in transit to the next facility". Stay Away from this website! Do not order from this company!
