I ordered a bra off of Ovaon on 07/02/2020, received a shipping confirmed email on 07/05/2020 and that was the last movement I heard of. It has now officially been an entire month, the "tracking" info they gave me still says it's in a shipping center in Brooklyn NY but I find that very hard to believe. The company's policy of requesting a refund is utter BS because you can only cancel the order/ ask for refund in 6 hours after the initial purchase... I highly recommend buying from ANYWHERE other than Ovaon...
