I ordered the crossover bra on May 3rd. It didn't come and didn't come. The tracking number only said it was in City of Industry CA. When I wrote to Ovaon they would only say that it was due to Covid-19. I went to the post office to see if they could track them and they got the same run-around. So I stopped payment. THEN they moved but couldn't tell where they were. I left on vacation the first of July and lo and behold they were here when I returned two weeks later. BUT there was no information to return them. So I contacted the company and they said I didn't have a good enough reason to return them and wouldn't send a return form. Now, they have sent through another charge for them. I finally opened one of the bras just to see what I spent all that money on. Who in their RIGHT MIND would put PADDING in an XL item? I thought maybe they would minimize my size(3 8D) but instead they have no support and look crappy and make me look bigger. Company isn't responsible and sizing isn't true either.
