I feel that the commercials are false advertising. I found the straps to loose, the amount of fabric in the cups is be disproportionately small, when you finally get the cross straps hooked (also disproportionately small), the tab with the most hooks is very hard on the skin (worse than an underwire).
I have used Rhonda Shear... Solid XL, other bras, solid 38 D. This bra seems 3 different sizes.
I ordered the largest size possible and what I received is a size that would be a small. I waited forever to receive it. The quality is cheap all in all a truly terrible product, There is no correlation between what you see on the advertisement and what you actually get
The actual product does not match with the size chart and they do not offer any mechanism for refund or even merchandise credit. The shipping also takes too long. They should go out of business.
The bra that I ordered is the same size I have been wearing for years. I don't want a refund, I want to EXCHANGE it. NOPE, they won't let you exchange anything unless it is damaged. Will never order from them again and I hope they go out of business!

After waiting 4 months to get the bras, I am very disappointed. I ordered 2 bras, one white and one beige. I got a white one and a yellow one. First of all, you have to struggle to pull the bra over your head. It's made of some kind of thin, stretchy fabric. So the fit you get is similar to a Genie Bra, but even worse, sort of a mashed down, mono-boob look. Also, it is padded (which I did not want) with some kind of weird-shaped pads which look lumpy. There's a big step-off where the pad ends and your boobs start The right pad is thicker and not even shaped like the left one. The straps are ridiculous, sort of wide-spaced, loose and floppy, and constantly either bunched up and/or sliding off my shoulders. It provides no lift, support, or shaping. I don't know how they managed to make this bra look good on the ad. I can use the bras only for staying home doing housework etc., where I don't care how I look. I wouldn't wear it any time I wanted to look nicely dressed. It's awful!
Not only did they take over three months to get me my items, they won't let me return them because they don't fit. The items were not packaged or marked with a size. There is no size listed on the bras themselves. The packages have Chinese markings only if I knew before hand, I would not have bought. I can't determine if they sent me the wrong sizes because there is no indication of it.

First of all, shipment took over a month to arrive. It arrived without a packing slip and no business contact number. I contacted the company through Paypal, and asked for a refund, and the company said they could not give a refund. The product isn't as described, and won't fit according to the listed size chart. Complete scam. This is not a US company as stated, they are just drop-shipping junk from China.
I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. It has been Almost 5 weeks since I placed my order. Still waiting for the merchandise. Keep sending me emails that it has been shipped. Told them to cancel order and credit my account and they told me they couldn't because it was already shipped. That was two weeks ago. From what I am reading on here, when I do receive the merchandise, it's going to be worthless anyway. Don't get caught by these scammers!
It took weeks for the bras to be delivered. Once delivered, there was no documentation in the package. I tried on one bra and it was really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I threw away the package and did not recall the supplier. It took me weeks to see the ad again on Facebook. Since their return policy is 15 days from date to delivery, they refused a refund even though all products have tags and original packaging! They could not make returning items more difficult! I will not ever be purchasing from them again. Very unprofessional and not customer focused company!

I saw an online ad for Ovaon "the best bra ever". I ordered according to the provided size chart. It took over a month to arrive, the package was from " Jess" and there was no company packaging or even a shipping receipt, or return/ contact/ business information. Nothing, just the item.
The item: front clasps, advertised to help improve posture, give good support without underwires, etc. $35. The video showed a woman clasping the front, and it did not make her look like a smashed pancake the way most sports bras do.
I checked the provided size chart because I have been burned before ordering online. I ordered a large, accordingly. I am a size medium in clothes; I wear a 36B-C, but that correlated to a size Large per their chart.
The lycra item I received in a plastic bag was so small I laughed. This would fit a 7-8 year old. I checked the inside for a label—-NOTHING. Obviously, I could barely get it in, it was painfully tight- I had a hard time breathing in it, then felt like I had to dislocate my arm to get it off. And pancake city! Not flattering at all. Luckily I saved the confirmation of order email, and asked how to return.
So, THERE ARE NO RETURNS unless there is damage or "wrong" product Shipped. No further contact information. I again emailed explaining that I DID receive the WRONG product, this is apparently a child's size! I asked for a call from customer service. No response. Just shut off, stuck with a $35 bra for a 3rd grader.

The product did not appear as it was pictured on their advertising, did not fit, and when I tried to return it I was told that they have a 15-day return policy and they would not provide me with a refund! Outrageous! I believe they also operate under the company name of "Cara-Mia". These people are a total SCAM. I would give them zero stars if I could...
I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my items to even be shipped. When I email and ask for an update, I get a canned response with a tracking # for USPS that has no information because it has not shipped. I requested a refund from PayPal today and escalated it as I have already had correspondence with Ovavon with no resolution. Pay Pal needs to investigate this company for fraud.
Place a order a month ago still haven't received it yet. Also sent several email to customer support and always getting the same message that the order is in transit or delayed by COVID. Ask several times for a refund and to cancel my order. Should have invested this company alot more.
First- It took weeks and 2 e-mails to receive my bra. Second--The fit was bad and there is no support in the bra.
