This is one of the worst companies I have ever ordered from. No communication about delayed order and after 3.5 weeks, 2 phone calls, 1 email and no product shipped, they refused to reimburse or even put a credit on my account for the shipping. Do not order from this company
I ordered 4 fabrics. 2 arrived - weeks later than the estimated shipping date. The other two never arrived. The two that arrived looked vastly different from the images posted on the site. One was supposed to be green and it was a very true deep blue. The second was supposed to be a small block print and it arrived and was a huge block print. The relative size of the pictures online was completely inaccurate. The customer service team refused to authorize return of the fabrics. This whole business operation is shoddy -- beware!
Steer clear of this company. I ordered fabric I needed for a project and they emailed me 6 days later to let me know it was on backorder. Poor customer service and I would rather order from a more reputable company and know I will be receiving my fabric within 6 days.
Ordered fabric and 8 weeks later still no fabric. Just an email every 2 weeks that the fabric is out of stock. If you have a deadline on a project don't shop here. The online store doesn't have live stock updates. So it's very likely you'll buy something out of stock. Thanks to them I lost a contract and when called to tell them what happened and that I'd like to cancel the order they didn't even apologize or try to fix it somehow.

I order two day delivery servicing, needing for samples I ordered to get here quick so I could placed the order if the color was correct. I placed and paid for the order on the 15th of May. I called customer service that Wednesday thinking the samples would be here. She tells me the order. Was filled on the 16th of May and it should arrived Thursday. Thursday came and left and now it's Friday and I still don't have the samples. Call customers service and the representative said it should be here by 8 p.m. today, Friday! They have just lost a future customer!

I'm part of a growing theater and film production company and I needed a specific fabric for our next production that isn't readily available at local shops. Online Fabric Store listed exactly what I needed but to make sure, I ordered swatches first. It took quite a bit longer than I expected to get the swatches. In fact I had already settled on another fabric that wasn't exactly what I needed. But when I finally got the swatches, they were perfect. So I ordered the fabric I wanted from them. Knowing the swatches took a long time to ship, I was patient waiting to get my order, despite their website stating "shipping in 3-5 business days". Today is two weeks since I ordered (9 business days) and I was going to call when I got an email saying one of the fabrics I ordered was on backorder and might be in stock again by March 31,2023. If they knew it wasn't available, why did they let me order it? Why did they wait 2 weeks to let me know it wasn't available? When I called customer "service", all I got was an apology (which I expected) but no effort to try to make up for it. When I asked to speak to someone up the chain of command because I don't like being angry at the guy answering the phones, he said he wasn't comfortable with that. So no one wants to take responsibility for their poor customer service.
Do not buy from them! Bad quality and bad customer service. I bought 10 yards of 63" wide muslin. After washing it, I found 14 dark brown stains that I know did not come from my washer. I asked for just a 25% refund since I could use most of it. Denied because I washed it before finding the stains on almost 23,000 square inches of fabric. Never buying from them again.
We ordered three down pillow inserts and got feathers only. We were on the insert pillow site, measured our pillow covers, put in all the info, and somehow got just feathers.
They would not talk to the owner nor disclose who the owners are. We paid $100 to ship the feathers back. We have ordered from them before and we were treated like they dont care if they have our business anymore. Dont buy from them. They cant get out if their box to help. Incompetent. May be dishonest as well.

I canceled it. I contacted them yesterday to ensure they were getting the fabric back in stock on September 30th because I had read other reviews and was worried. They proceeded to tell me it was on "extended backorder" and now won't be available until October 14th (another Friday too) KEK. They will string you along as evidenced by another reviewer I saw on Better Business Bureau where they kept telling the customer every month they'd get their fabric in stock. Also, they STILL haven't showed the item as being backordered on the product page and it still shows as in stock, as many quantities as possible!

Contact them to know when item will ship, turns out the fabric I bought was backordered and unavailable in 2 weeks when they say they'll get it... but it doesn't show this on their website. If you need items immediately or quickly, look for a different place.
I ordered fabric for a chair reupholster project. I ordered before reading any reviews. My experience was great. My fabric arrived 5 days after I placed the order, came well packaged on the bolt, was the correct yardage. The price was 40% less than other sites. I'm glad I gave them a chance and didn't cancel my order after reading negative reviews. The only negative I can say is that I signed up for their online account, and the shipping status was not updated. On the other hand, it was a pleasant surprise to find my fabric waiting for me when I got home from work today.
If you like to do business with a company that is not honest you should deal with this company. I tried to do two reviews. One which was not positive but very straight forward about the issue of how they wrecked four yards of a fabric by surging the additional piece of fabric so poorly that it pulled the pattern of the fabric totally off grid and caused puckering of the middle of the fabric as well. I had checked the first half to 2/3 of the order and thought it was okay until I went to do the project. After chatting with a representative I was offered a 10 percent off coupon because it was not within the 30 day time limit. No problem. However my problem was what came next. When I did the first review I was not crude or accusatory but suggested not to have the additional piece surged in the future. They eliminated the review. Posted another one saying good job removing my poor review. They eliminated the review. Sooooo…put up another one that was very positive. Guess what! They left it up. Dishonest so you cannot trust what the reviews say! So they should get less than one for the service. However I give them a 5 for their dishonest and sneaky approach to reviews and service.
15 days in and i had not received a shipping notification. When i reached out to them for a status update, they did not respond. Unfortunately the fabric was not going to arrive in time for my husband's bday. A day later i asked them to cancel, which they did so quickly. No apology, no acknowledgement from their side for the delay, they just cancelled as if my order wasn't important to them. I will not be supporting them in any way again.
This is not a reputable business. I received defective merchandise and was told there will not be a refund but instead wanted to sell me something else in it place. Pay attention to the bad reviews. That tells it all.

I tried to place an order a few weeks ago for 4 yards of fabric and the shipping calculator said I would pay $285 USD for shipping to Australia! The fabric only came to $34 USD! I queried this with them and they said they checked their online shop shipping calculator and that this is what it would be! This is daylight robbery! Anyone who does any international shipping from USA to Australia knows that the shipping cost is nothing like this for a fairly small parcel! I checked the USPS.com site myself! Not sure how they ship it but it shouldn't cost this much! I did not go ahead with my order.
I placed an order July 1st and did not receive it until mid-October. Shortly after placing the order, I received a message that one of the items I purchased was on backorder and the entire order would ship when it was restocked in a week or so. This happened again, then again, and so on. I would receive a notification that an item was out of stock with an estimated restock date, then a similar message that a different item was out of stock and so on. I emailed customer service in September requesting that the items that were in stock be shipped, and the rest at a later date. I was assured that they would be sent that day or the next. Over a month went by before I received half of my order. Another few weeks passed before I received the final piece. It was rolled into a ball and shoved into a shipping bag with no packing slip. The fabrics themselves are alright, but not nearly worth the four months it took to receive anything.
I ordered Fabric sept 24, heard nothing for a week, submitted a ticket that was never responded. When I called and talked to someone Oct 5, he said it was backordered til Oct 24. No notification and no response to my support ticket. I imagine the whole thing was a scam and the fabric wasn't going to come. We'll see if I get refunded or not.
I ordered 2 fabrics from this store to sew a special order for my Etsy shop. It took around 2 months to get the fabric. I lost the business and this could have cost my reputation as an Etsy merchant.
