I am quite upset with the service I have received from the OFS. When ordering fabric for my wedding I placed an order for the Aqua Habutae, and received the wrong color in the mail. When I try to call the service center during normal business hours I wait on hold for 30 minutes before deciding to leave a message because obviously going to answer. I have yet to receive a phone call back. When I e-mail in, I tell them about my issue, and ask what to do. I got an email back asking for my phone number, however instead of calling me, i get another e-mail saying to call customer service and they can help. (which once again I sat on hold forever and never got a call back). Finally I just emailed them asking for someone to contact me by phone so that we can get the situation figured out. I received another email saying that they were going to fix the problem ASAP and make sure my fabric gets here ASAP. Still no phone call. I ordered the material over a 3 months ago, and I have less than a month till I get married. I have little faith that the fabric will actually arrive at my house as I have yet to hear anything back from them since. I have even tried to e-mail again to see what was going on and if they were fixing the issue--nothing. When I ordered, I received no email order confirmation or packing slip in the delivered materials. I find this very odd, because even if they were to ask me my order information, I would have nothing to give them. I am very upset that the customer service is so unprofessional, and that my order was incorrect. The live chat and feedback buttons are a scam. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered a number of items and when I finally received my package (it wasn't even shipped until 6 days after I ordered it) there were four items missing. No invoice included, no paperwork of any kind, nothing to explain where the missing items were. I got on their "online chat" and asked a "customer service" employee who apparently couldn't even write English properly enough to explain this situation... she fumbled around for a bit then finally stated "those items backordered for a month"... I asked WHY I hadn't received ANY notification of any backorder... her response was "sorry you not get one"... I then requested that some kind of confirmation of the backorder be sent to me, and she abruptly quit the chat and closed it without responding! FIVE further emails I sent to their customer service dept. after that went unanswered. In my book that is abominable customer service and more than enough reason to NEVER shop here again. You'd think with all this multitude of negative reviews/customer experiences they would DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... but obviously they don't care! Avoid this place like the plague, they don't deserve your business!
Terrible service. A week after ordering I called them asking where my fabric was. Turns out they couldn't get it and hadn't bothered to notify me.
My fabrics arrived after four months. All were of terrible quality. I CANNOT even use them. I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.
