Ask them for your tracking number. I did and my order arrived the very next day!

You CANNOT. There is no way to track. I reached someone on the phone after trying for three days and they said the order could take two months to fulfil. I can't believe they have my credit card number.

You can't. They give you a link to track but it is never available.
